The bed was cozy. The breakfast was varied, wish they had had healthier options
There was too many options that were filled with sugar. Not enough options at the bar/restaurant for dinner
I feel that you could have offered more dinner choices.
The hallways had a funny smell.
The water temperature changed too much during a shower from way too hot to freezing!

Location is perfect in the very center of the city, everything reachable on foot
Service quality is not exactly up to 4 stars. Example: for breakfast there were no fried eggs. so I asked whether I could get a fried egg. The answer was a plain no. I thought I might have been misunderstood and asked again. The answer was: we don’t do that.

Location was unbeatable.
The hotel is rated a 4 star and did not present as such. The reception area and room is very dated and requires some love. Most disappointing was the attitude and unwelcoming personality of the front desk clerk. He should probably not be working in hospitality or in any position that requires human contact. Overall a very unhappy young man.

The location is very nice and the staff very helpful. It is in the center and walking distance from restaurants, the market, shopping area and many others.
The access during Christmas market is a bit difficult if it is the first time you visit the place, which was the case.

Location was perfect.
Every evening the lobby starts to smell like urine. No idea why. Breakfast was a lot of money and bland a same every single day. Eggs, bacon, tomato’s, sausage, breads, and jams, also cured meats and fruits and cheese. I know it sounds pretty good but it was very bland and never changed. And coffee came out of a machine and was not so hot.

The Location was AMAZING! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Victor Hugo, restaurants, Christmas Market right at the front door. Great location, it couldn't have been better for location wise.
The room was very clean. They give you instant espresso and Kusmi tea which was a very nice inclusion. Spacious sitting area with chair and desk with large TV that easily seen from all areas in the room.
I wish there was a lotion and shower cap in the room as I forgot mine and the cold weather made me have this need.
The door key cards had to continually be reprogrammed (no they were not near electronics), the rooms could use some updating but again the location is FABULOUS and I didn't travel to spend time in the room. So that is personal preference.

The room and hotel is very clean. The bed was most comfortable and the sheets were so nice to the touch. The location was excellent, in the center of the city and on the plaza. Although we didn't park in the adjacent parking lot, it would be most practical for anyone in need of parking. There are many restaurants nearby.
The room was not as quiet as we would have liked. There were approximately 6 things in our room needing attention or repair. The bathtub shower was a little tight in which to shower.

It is the location and parking offer.
I used to stay in this place but I believe it’s gonna be the last time cause it has not the same four stat category that it used to be and kinda pricy for the sevices offered. Rooms are kinda outdated and has not the same amenities that a four star hotel should offer. Also we had an incident and luckily hotel staff manage to solve it immediately.

Good location.
Overcrowded. Not customer-friendly.
They do not refund money for services charged that could not be enjoyed, which is not mandatory but is a good indicator of a hotel's category.
If you're looking for a good vibe, this isn't the place.

Lovely hotel situated perfectly in the heart if Toulouse. Parking very close in a safely closed-in garage. Comfortable room with a King bed and nice linens. Decent breakfast and one delicious dinner!
Could use an upgrade on the decor, which feels outdated.
