Good hotel near the train station. Kids loved the pool. Stayed in the family room and was very spacious. Had an issue with the room type when we arrived but it was sorted out in a helpful and professional manner. Very good breakfast with good accommodations for gluten free. Would stay again.
Would not recommend planning to sleep on the sofa beds. No bar fridge.

Room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. Bathroom facilities were impeccable, especially the shower. Pool and sauna were amazing, we spent most evenings in there. Ideal location, close to train station and in the centre of town. The whole town is easy to navigate in general. Great selection of breakfast choices, mostly continental, but there is cooked food buffet style available.
Not much negativity, the only thing for the rooms would be the TV, outdated (not a smart TV, couldn't connect to anything) and pretty small for the room sizes, we checked other rooms too, and it was the same throughout.
The hot tub wasn't great, warm temperature and was constantly switching itself off, not sure if this was intended or not, but definitely not something I was expecting.
Not the hotel itself, but travelling by bus, you'll need the app or get a day ticket to travel these services. Honestly France is so far behind in travelling, no idea why they dont make everything contactless would be so much easier to travel like London/UK

Toilet totally separate from the bathroom (across entrance hall) with its own wash basin but no towel or soap. No soap in bathroom either and do had to use shower gel in shower. Staff at breakfast did not man the entrance desk and although at least 3 on duty all were in the kitchen for over 5 minutes so we ended up just sitting at a table and helping ourselves.

Very Spacious room. Separate toilet. Window overlooking the plane treed street was double glazed and therefore very quiet. Swimming pool just lovely. Spa was small and really only suitable for a couple but as we were the only people at the spa it was perfect. Bar room for a pre dinner drink was really interesting great ambiance. Staff very friendly. Close to the station for ease of walking with cases.
Can’t think of anything. In fact just trying to book for 5 nights for next year.

Room although clean not cleaned to a very high standard, looking very tired in parts.
Be mindful that they charge 100 euro extra/additional per night at check in which we were unaware of however you do get this back when you check out.
We returned from a day trip late on the evening with no clean towels the only towels provided were hand towels. We did try to call reception to request some fresh bath towels but we were unable to get through which resulted in us having to walk down to reception to request, however they were provided to the room shortly after.
2 bottles of fresh water are provided but no fridge which results in them being very warm when you return at the end of the day so I would suggest maybe buy some if you fancy a cool drink on the way back to hotel.
There was a shower but no bath in our room, if you prefer a bath maybe wise to ask before you arrive.
We did book Breakfast at the hotel however the lady appeared a little disorganised and stressed. If you enjoy a hot breakfast this is not the place as the food is just warm for the same money if not cheaper you can buy a lovely breakfast close by to the hotel

The only annoying part of this stay was the hotel insisting on payment in advance! We were on a-road trip and this was the only hotel that required this, but silly because then on checking out had to pay a small invoice for tourist tax and parking. Surely easier to just do everything in one transaction. This process made using this hotel more time consuming, not what I expected.

Room had toilet separated from bathroom. The toilet area had a sink but no towel rack or soap. No mini fridge in room either which is almost vital when you have a baby (for milk and baby food). Great coffee machine but no kettle (again would’ve been useful with baby for sterilising/cleaning, etc). Impossible to order room service at 8.30pm even though it closed at 9pm.

It stated badly. We found the hotel parking garage, down a very narrow entrance, which was closed. We rang the intercom, and gave our name. “You haven’t requested parking”, came the gruff reply. Then silence. “Well, can we park?”, we asked. “No. It’s full.” Then the line went dead. The hotel itself seems unable to decide whether it is meant to be properly luxurious, or the sort of hotel you just sleep in. For instance, the room comes with a robe and slippers, but had all the charm and decor of a youth hostel in 1990. There was a terrific, state-of-the-art Nespresso machine, but only flimsy paper cups for the coffee. There was a vending machine for snacks, but it was almost empty, and swallowed our non-refundable coinage and then refused point blank to dispense a Kit Kat. The ride in the lift was something else, and we had no idea why there was a hatch in the bathroom. All in all, it felt like we had signed up for an immersive ‘Fawlty Towers’ experience, but one that came with quite a hefty price tag.

The hotel is in a very central location which is fantastic for everything. The room was very "grand" with everything you would need.
There was a pool & steam room and a dressing gown was provided
Breakfast was lovely, and all of the staff were great
The restuarant was booked for a private event on the night we arrived.
Although there was a pool, it was quite industrial. There were two loungers and a very small sitting area. We booked to relax by the pool, but this was impossible, which was a real shame.
We messaged the hotel the day before about parking but never got a response. Outside the hotel, you can only park for a couple of hours. We searched for an overnight car park, which was £17 for 24 hours and about 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel is in a great location, and was really useful for our through trip to Calais from Spain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa facilities and breakfast, and the beds were super comfortable.
I found the bathroom layout extremely odd and dated.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stop - wish we could have stayed longer! Very handy on-site car park (extra charge) and also a swimming pool. Our room and the public areas are tastefully and elegantly decorated.

Beds were narrow and hard. Floor was uncarpeted. Towels were small and ungenerous considering the price of accommodation. No bath hat for shower.

This was a pet friendly hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Tours. There was a Christmas market right outside! The room was large and comfortable with a big modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay. A very busy, pleasant city. Good location right on the manor with a park for the dog and dog friendly bars/eateries.
I didn't get a hotel parking space and it proved difficult with public parking. It is a very busy centre so driving is not a pleasure and the nearest car park had closed a lot of bays. I am sure it is not normally that bad.

Great central location close to the station and town centre shops/restaurants. Check in/out was quick and easy and the room was spacious, clean and bed large and comfortable. A bottle of water by the bedside table, robe/slippers provided and heating switched on which was nice given arrived on a very cold Dec evening.
Paper cups in the bathroom rather than just a glass. No fridge in the room which you'd expect in most hotels now. One lift was out of order. A little out dated now for a 4 star hotel however for an overnight stay in Tours it was fine. Parking could be problematic if required for a long stay.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location next to the impressive Jean Jaures square. Walking distance to the main square ans shopping street in Tours with lots of bars and restaurants. Public parking very close by if travelling by car and not very expensive.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Tours and on the primary high street, so you could not get a better location. When we arrived we couldn’t have received a better reception. All the staff were very attentive, polite and personable at all times. We drove so we booked a parking space. The parking is not big as you would expect from a city centre hotel but it is a great advantage if you come by car.
We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was extremely good and the service was exceptional. The hotel interior is very ornate with a large atrium area and very comfortable seating also have a nice intimate bar area. We didn’t use the other hotel facilities, however, the looked to be good for a city hotel. Our hotel room was very spacious and comfortable.
Nothing to dislike this property at all.

The location, right in the heart of the city is great, lots to see and do within walking distance. The room was very comfortable indeed, lovely bathroom and a sitting area with coffee machine. The lounge areas are very grandly decorated but not over the top, it certainly gives it atmosphere.
The pool is more of a plunge pool, not for swimmers but we saw lots of children and adults having fun in there. The car park is handy and easy to navigate. It is essential to book your place for your stay.

1. jacuzzi did not work; 2. massage tables in poor condition; 3. bar closed on both Friday and Saturday; 4. Broken windows inside room 218; 5. really not good enough for a supposed 4 star hotel. Given all these problems it's awful value for money.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect! We really appreciated the available parking.
The facilities were a little tired and worn. The hot tub in the pool area was not hot at all. We really wished we had a refrigerator because we had medication that needed to be refrigerated and we were unable to keep small foods (like yogurt or cheese).
