We had a suite comprising of a lounge, bathroom and bedroom with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfasts were very good with a choice of cereals, fresh and dried fruits and nuts, cold meats and cheese and a hot buffet, along with a range of bread and jams. There were plenty of restaurants within a 10minute walk should you decide not to use the restaurant in the evening.

the room was smaller than we thought it would be , and was very cold when we arrived , we put on the heater and was warm when we returned from dinner. this could have been done by the hotel and would have set a different welcome.

Evening meal was disappointing. Hotel was in commercial zone and seemed more geared to commercial users so lacked character for leasure travelers. Charged an extra €5 for air conditioning. Not good value.

the room was much smaller than a similar room at an Ace Hotel we stayed in the night before. Also, there was an odd smell at reception and the the smell of cigarettes in the hall.

The room was clean and comfortable. We booked dinner which was generally good but not breakfast.
Good provision for the pooch and the staff were great, especially the morning receptionist who did our checkout.
The prawns on the starter were still frozen and seemed as if the dish had been prepared and left in a very cold fridge.

It looked clean and smelt lovely. Bed sheets were as expected, fresh and clean. Room had air con, which was much needed as it was 30+ temp outside! The beds were very comfortable and we had a really food nights sleep.
This was a last minute swap as we were supposed to be staying down the road at Premiere Classe Tours Nord, which we went to, walked into the room, stayed 20 minutes and left (we did pay dont worry, and didn't even bother to ask for a refund) as it was just grim and my boys wouldn't touch the walls, bedding or bathroom.
We would definitely stay in this hotel again though, if we need a stop over again.
Nothing we didn't like.

Easy to find, nice food, very comfy bed.
Only that there was no milk of any kind supplied on the “hospitality tray” but we were supplied with milk by the receptionist. We had the same problem on our outward journey at another Originals hotel in Chambray Lés Tours. Apparently the management is aware now of English requirements but not sure if this will be addressed!

Receptionist was super. He was very polite, professional and helpful. Dinner was good as was the restaurant service.
The property is tired and is in need of refurbishment. Booked a suit which was not to the standard expected. The main bedroom smelt of dampness. There is no aircon. The 'lounge area' was simple two bucket chairs, a table and a TV in very basic room, not a 'lounge' at all.
