Location to the historic centre was great; just a short walk away, and it is lovely. Cannot think of anything good to say about the hotel itself.
Car Parking space is as so small we had difficulty getting out. Dangerous curling stairway only to the room, no lift. Room was tiny, small uncomfortable bed, generally run down hotel.

The joining family - apartment was ideal for us as a small family.
It could do with a little tlc in parts, feels little run down. No tea or coffee in the rooms and it was to hot, they had a small aircon unit but it wasn’t really enough, so it was hard to sleep at night.

Location was excellent. Rooms were fresh and clean . Breakfast was very good.
Corridors and staircase looked a little tired, carpet stained. Also the sockets in the bedrooms were loose so using a UK adapter to charge phone etc did not work.

Great location, easy walk into the lovely town of Troyes. Secure parking. Clean and comfy room with aircon, good shower & breakfast. Very friendly staff.
A little bit of noise from other guests above us and we were near the stairs, but only minimal. Aircon had a noisy pump so had to turn it off overnight.

We were recommended this place as we needed somewhere secure to leave our car overnight as our bikes were on the car. The gated car park was just what we wanted. Other than that our room was compact but very clean and comfortable and only a short walk into the main square for food.

Reasonably central
We have been at le cirque before and had positive experience. Therefore booked a double room, in the hotel we thought. We were given an apartment 5 minutes away, which was surface renovated and the surfaces looked good but the floors were terrible, the toilet door did not close, no bedside lamps, and an entrance like a scene from a horror movie. Disappointed would be good short comment. It also happened to be among the most expensive on our trip across Europe.

We had a huge room.
It had two bathrooms - a disabled access toilet and shower (no sink) and a separate toilet and bathroom too.
Parking was very good, we pre-booked a space and it was very secure and organised well.
Good location to explore Troyes

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center, but easily accessible by car with private parking. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
We booked a double comfort room, which did have a very comfortable king size bed, but the actual room itself was a bit small. Also, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Slept like a log in a warm bedroom on a freezing Christmassy evening after parking in the hotel carpark (albeit at extra cost). Good hot shower and breakfast the next day. Plus Troyes is one of the most Christmassy towns I've ever seen.
Walls were somewhat thin and bed somewhat small for couples.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk into the old historic centre full of beautiful buildings, restaurants, bars and cafes. The room was a family room, split into two bedrooms which was great (adults in one, children in the other). The breakfast was simple but was more than adequate with good coffee and food options.
A very small point really as the room was good, but the bathroom was quite small for a family of 4. However, the shower was excellent and it wouldn't put me off staying there again in the future.

Location and parking
Parking was described as secure, but the pedestrian gate had no lock so anyone could have walked into the car park. As the car exit gate opened as the car approached from inside the property it meant it was not actually fully secure. Maybe this is a temporary situation but think it should be addressed if described as secure.

The hotel was easy to find (arrived by car). I had booked parking beforehand (9 euros). The people on reception were very friendly. We had a family room which were two adjoining rooms with a bathroom - very useful instead of having to book two separate rooms. The hotel is very central - it only took about 5 mins to walk to the centre where there are lots of restaurants.

A nice welcome at the front desk! We were given a great map of Troyes that included a walking tour and sites that were interesting to see. The front desk person gave us good instructions how to get to the inner town our room was comfortable. It was very easy to come back back-and-forth because it was so close to the town. Breakfast was nice, and we were helped by Jeremy. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The shower worked great!

It was clean, air conditioning worked well, excellent location, parking available. Even though the beds were small, they were comfortable.
It was small, so it was difficult to unpack. Carrying a heavy suitcase up two flights of narrow steps. I know that you cannot install an elevator. I just want others to be prepared.

Nice accommodation in a great location, breakfast was good, bed very comfortable, clean linen and towels, good hot shower, full length mirror, sockets near bed, reading lights and blackout curtains.
Parking was an additional cost so was breakfast, and there were no coffee facilities in the room, although coffee could be purchased. The bed was rather small, reception was closed during lunch for two hours and from 9 pm.

Very close to the nice old part of Troyes. Clean and extremely good value for money.
Check-in late (after 9 pm) is tricky as you need to call before to arrange for someone to be there. You also need to be aware that it closes between 12 and 2 pm, e.g., if you left luggage to be collected.

The location was good for accessing the city and it had parking for a fee.
The room was fairly basic and a bit small but clean. The bathroom was clean and up to date.
Breakfast was decent but a bit pricey for the selection provided.
Upon checkin, we asked if we could leave our car for a few hours the next day while we visited a musuem. They would but it would have been around 14 euros for the time we would need. There was plenty of space in the lot and several of the other places we stayed had no problem with it.
