I really enjoyed my stay at the property, even though I only stayed for one night, the room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is well located to explore Troyes, as the historic centre is just a short walk away.

Nice location, clean , modern rooms
Walls are super thin, u can hear people next door talking etc - staff is not attentive at all.
Couldn’t get much sleep because of thin walls and hearing all the doors and other noises throughout the night.
Not a single person to help with luggage.

We requested a crib, and the staff thoughtfully added a baby bathtub to the bathroom, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated! The team was kind, responsive, and fluent in English. The city center is just a short 10-minute walk and is mostly kid-friendly, making it very convenient.
Some electrical outlets in the room weren’t functional, and the shower wall panels didn’t fully contain water, causing it to spill onto the floor.

Lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel, with huge rooms and lovely bathrooms. Great location in very easy walking distance to the old town centre. Secure parking, lovely champagne bar in the lobby and very friendly staff.
Nothing.

The hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This year we had the Classic Room and it was definitely big enough. The bar staff are friendly and we enjoyed drinks in the reception area.
The one thing I didn't like was the plastic under sheet that was protecting the mattress - it was really sweaty!

Clean, close to old town. Large room
Didn’t include breakfast. Paid for breakfast when checking in but we left very early morning so didnt have time to enjoy the full breakfast experience. Totally our fault. Paid 40 euros for two cups of coffee

Lovely decorated and finished to a good spec.
Nice to have a drinking water fountain in the corridor.
Not too far a walk from the centre- 5 minutes or so
Underground parking
Nice large room
The bathroom faucet/tap was slightly blocked due to hard water, and so when used it sprayed you and got you wet- we did tell them on checkout.
Also the rain shower needs a clean due to the same reason.
The parking door was stuck open- I know it’s not necessarily their fault but when you book a hotel for its private parking it’s a bit disappointing (they did discount the parking fees slightly)

Great room great staff but the smell of the toilet and drains was awful. We were in room 401. Deans smell seeped through the room. Such a shame as the room was beautiful. I told reception but they didn’t seem too bothered. Polite but not concerned. Such a shame
