Firstly the communication and greeting by the host is excellent, we knew Manolis would be waiting for us and he got us settled in no time. All the apartments are excellent very clean and well equipped but we upgraded (for a very small charge) to the superior apartment on the top floor with wonderful views of the sea. Manolis was always on hand to point us to restaurants or even trips out across the island, was never pushy but always there if needed. The location is excellent just 50 yards from the pedestrian are of the town with several restaurants and supermarkets .. perfect.

The apartment rooms were perfect and very clean and quiet, the swimming pool a dream, the management - hat's off to you Manolis for being so kind, accommodating and friendly to everyone who stays at your home from home. Even after we had left, helping us with a little emergency and finding us all the right information. I enjoyed our beer by the poolside Manolis, and the kids really really didn't want to leave. It was a mistake not to book for longer, you really made us feel relaxed and welcome. The location, PERFECT! Definitely the best place to be with the wonderful George and Georgia restaurant just a few metres down the road (order the stuffed zucchini flowers, yum!). It really is the best location before all the busy part of Old Street, Panormo. I could keep going on but I don't want to ruin the surprise of such a perfect place to stay. Just go, you won't be disappointed. I just hope I will be able to book next year and that there will be still room available because everyone should just stay here ♥️

Immediately produced a new kettle when the one in the studio broke. the pool area was spotlessly clean too. great location in the centre of Panormos and parking too. The location is great: close to the village center and all restaurants and shops. The pool was good sized for a child. We appreciated the opportunity to use a laundry machine during our stay at the hotel. Communicating with our host through WhatsApp was efficient and worked well. This hotel was a nice base for exploring sites in the Rethymno and Heraklion areas.
There were some problems with electric appliances (water kettle, lamps).

The apartment it self is ok, the village is very pretty during night
All apartments have pushing doors, our first morning was very noisy with slaming doors, on the second morning because had a place from the road was the noise from outside, from inside as well (water, pushing furniture). The swimming pool is quite small and gets very crowded with people - we didnt used it once, the sun doesn't stay very long over swimming pool.

Very clean apartment, good location, just a few steps from the central area (with tavernas, shops and a bakery), which was very nice and animated even in October, the port and the beaches. Great location, excellent staff. Our apartment was very basic and tired and in need of refurbishment, however the apartments within the complex that were refurbished were amazing.Would definitely upgrade and book a superior room for our next visit. Well worth booking at this location.

The property is in a very nice location. The village is very pretty with lots of optiona for deink and food. The beach is nearby too. The flat was clean, in ground floor and the balcony was facing the pool. The flat we stayed was renovated and quite nice! And the highlight was Mr Manolis who was very helpful and very kind!
The only drawback was the aircon in the living room. When u put it on it works om turbo for anout 30mins but then it stopped. The same issue existed in the bedroom, but there is avery effective ceiling fan there which helps a lot and u dont feel warm at all. If we had stayed longer we would bring it up to Mr Manolis, but by the time we realised that we could not change this preference with the switch control we had to leave anyway.

Great location near town center. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants and the whole town is within 15 minutes no matter where.
