We see improvement opportunities with the variety and quality of food and drinks served at the main restaurant as well as the variety of things offered at the hotel shop. The isolated location and the small pebble beach should also be mentioned here, but we appreciate that these things can't be changed.

Excellent Family Resort, great food, mainly fresh salads, different meats, pitta, lots of fresh fruit, yummy fresh pizza and garlic bread, ice cream and tempting desserts. The resort was very Clean, Comfy Beds, Massive Pools, lots of Sunbeds, Lovely,Helpful & Friendly Staff, Lots of activities & entertainment , Great Kids Club. 10 mins bus journey to Kos Town, where there are lots of shops, restaurants and boat trips.
The wine selection on All Inclusive could have been better quality, could only drink the Rose wine. The cocktails were good but a bit hit and miss depending who was making them. Sometimes way too strong. We were on a family holiday and didnโt go for the booze anyway, and only a minor grumble !

The property is large and very nice, Well maintained and the staff in general were very nice. Clean , lots of pools and not crowded, so there always place around the pool. The beach is small but adequate.
There was nothing to really complain about, but the hotel does not really meet the standards of a 5 star luxury property that it is sold as. Food choices while plentiful were not great on quality and al-la carte options very limited. There was a lot that was not included in the all-inclusive, which is odd. Not convinced of the value for money or that the cost is reflected in the experience.

The resort was amazing, the grounds perfect and well maintained. Location spot on. Not being allowed to save loungers was a real plus. Pools and room very good. Never overcrowded and clientele all respectful of each other.
Kids club was good but I have had better.
Main bar service slow. Choice of restaurants limited. A few little niggles and missing attention to detail.
Mini bar would overheat if the cupboard door closed. Maintenance checked and said, "Working fine just leave door open" Simple but the cleaner would close the door every day so we would have warm drinks when got back from beach.
Showers desperately need descale. I heard another guest complaining about this as well in reception.
No free coffee pods even though paying ยฃ500 a night and all-inclusive.
Complimentary toothbrush in the room must have been very old as completely disintegrated when I used. Was very unpleasant, and I choked on bristles and plastic shards.
Beach was disappointing but not the hotels fault.

Clean, relatively modern and well furnished and considered layout with ample outdoor pool facilities to ensure guests do not feel cramped even when the hotel is full. Good entertaining in the evenings and really helpful staff. Overall this creates a positive and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
No English TV channels apart from the news.
Music is the pool bar/restaurant was too load and could not be turned down by staff.

Very good hotel. I travelled a lot and usually hotels have small swimming pools. But this had 4 swimming pools, one of them really huge. The food was nice. Staff was super professional. We had wonderful view from the terrace. There are many additional activities. If you like all inclusive hotels, that you can spent all you stay inside, this hotel is for you.
The beds could be more stable and comfortable. They were easily moved if you just sat on them.

The food, the staff, and all the services are simply great. There are plenty of activities organised for kids and adults. The facilities are proper, clean, and modern. One of the best holidays Iโve ever had!
The beach is too short to enjoy. However, the pools are so big and fit for all ages that itโs not a big drama.

we only ate breakfast in the property but we found the food to be lacklustre. the room and facilities are comfortable but the main bed was two twin beds pushed together for two adults. eventually they put a topper on to help the beds stay together. the beach at the hotel is very narrow and full of rocks

The ants in the room and bathroom was nonstop. The beds were not comfortable at all which was surprising for the $500/night price. Finally, the food was not that great. You could tel they were repurposing a lot of the food from dinner to lunch the next day.

We arrived very late at night . We were greeted with a huge welcome & they gave us a bag with fresh sandwiches & fruit. We had a sharing pool room which was really wonderful. The staff are a credit to the hotel & the entertainment team were excellent.

The staff were incredible, they couldnโt do enough for us, a young family travelling with a 4 year old and a 5 month old. The room was amazing, spotless & well equipped. The food was varied, tasty and fresh.

The airconditioning is a disaster. Room does not cool down below 26 degrees, even if the airconditioning is on full power day and night. Not acceptable for a five star hotel. We changed rooms and it was the case in both rooms.

The bed are not very comfy and the beach is quite small and narrow. When you leave the resort there is nothing to go around, there are just fields. But it is only like 15 minutes by bus to Kos.

It was a very enjoyable vacation. The hotel is very beautiful, spread over a large area, and has a low-rise architectural design. There are pools everywhere. The hotel gives off a campus vibe. Inside the hotel, there are cafes, playgrounds, a children's park, restaurants, and more cafes. You can take walks and have fun. The breakfast and dinner are simply wonderful. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
It is about 5 kilometers to KOS city, you have to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

Better than the photos! Everything was really great, the people, the facilities, the rooms, the pools, the quality and variety of food. The staff were super friendly and very fast. The entertainment also very good. Also they had an app that made everything easier. This was a five star resort with the vibe of a family hotel. And the ladies at the kids club were fantastic.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff. The modernity of the facility. Direct pool access from the balcony in some rooms, and the quality of the food. The performances at the amphitheater were also nice.
It's a summer location, surrounded by nature. There were ants inside the small complimentary cake placed in the room. One morning, I even found ants on my pillow when I woke up. I recorded this situation on camera when I was leaving and shared it with the hotel staff at the reception. While this isn't a big issue for me, it could be a problem for some of your other customers. I wouldn't want this beautiful facility to receive a lower rating because of it.

We had an amazing time here! Itโs a lovely hotel but the staff really make the place. They are all so friendly and helpful. Itโs impossible to overstate how great they were: from the animation team, to the cleaning staff, the waiters, the reception staff and the restaurant management.
I have a gluten allergy and they were so accommodating. I could choose from a range of gluten free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including crepes, pancakes, pizza and pasta. They also catered for vegetarians really well and the food was generally excellent. High quality and plenty of choice.
The activities were good - not too much but enough to keep you entertained. And thereโs tennis, climbing, Mini golf etc.
Itโs large with many many guests but never felt too busy and crowded. We all had a blast and would 100% come back. If youโre debating booking this place then do not hesitate!

The pools are large and very clean
Staff is occasionally not really friendly. At the beach it is not easy to enter into the sea as there are many stones. A couple of meters more inside the water there is sand, but you have to reach it first. The dress code for buffet dinner is exaggerated and shall be casual.

It was too windy during our stay (both day and night), we (and the rest of the hotel guests) couldn't swim in the sea which is usually rough nor enjoy the beach full of rocks (I am aware it has a protected status) and not really accessible with a baby/child. The wind was usually so strong we had to find shelter to avoid headache. It is a shame that the beach is practically not useable. Also the sunbeds in some of the pools and beach are very old and not comfortable, not really 5-star level.

We stayed for 6 days in October and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool from terrace.
The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. There was a wide variety of high-quality food available, and every evening featured indoor entertainment and a mini club for the kids. Despite it being late October, the weather was pleasant, with temperatures reaching up to 25ยฐC. While the pool area was warm, the outdoor pools were a bit cold. However, children are allowed in the indoor, heated spa pool daily from 1-3 PM, which was a great option for families. We will come back next year in September to enjoy it to the utmost.

Meticulously clean, beautiful high-end property, surrounded by pools and equipped with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. We were here for the start of the season and loved that it wasnโt busy. We had half board and food was varied and delicious, throughout multiple buffet bars, always with a fresh fruit bar and a salad bar. The entertainment crew was spectacular and the staff (front desk, restaurant servers, hosts, chef, etc) were all so friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the mini disco every evening and all the fun activities throughout the day. Greek night was so much fun! I loved stretching and yoga/pilates with Sara, as well as aqua dance and aerobics! We will definitely be back!!
The mini disco was a bit too loud but otherwise cannot complain, as staff was so friendly and kind, always inviting the kids!
Also, didnโt get to use the jacuzzi as itโs quite small and when I checked there were others there. Would be nice to have one outside!

The property was very large . We had an ocean front room with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The wonderful women who greeted us at meals, whose name is Geraldo was the highlight of every meal.
They charge you for water!! And they wonโt let you bring your own water in to the dining room at dinner. They provide water for breakfast, so is absolutely no reason not to provide it at dinner. Iโm not referring to to sparkling water, just still water. Due to health issues it is necessary for my husband to have water with his meal. I find it very cheap of the restaurant to charge us $3 for every bottle of water we needed, but we could go to the resort grocery store and buy water for less than $1 per liter, the same size as the restaurant charges $3 for. Also, they will not provide drinking water for your room either, only 2 small bottles on arrival. Also, the food was not exceptional and was never quite hot enough. There were lots of choices but not great often because they were warm instead of hot!

I donโt know where to begin, the resort was absolutely incredible! We booked for the weekend but we shouldโve booked for the whole week! And we are already talking about coming back here next year. Firstly, the staff are amazing, they are nice, professional and incredibly helpful, the friendly atmosphere is admirable! The food and drinks are amazing, we took the all inclusive option, and we also had dinner at the restaurant in one of the nights, and it was really really good. I couldnโt recommend the hotel enough!

In a half-board stay, not even water is included with dinnerโan extra charge is applied. In an environment where everything else is so perfect, asking for extra payment for water is disappointing. Water is not a luxury beverage; it is a necessity.
I would also like to share an unpleasant experience we had. On the first day, when we asked the reception how to get to the city center, we were directed to taxis and private vehicles. Based on the price information provided and since we were two families with children, we opted for a larger vehicle instead of two taxis and ended up paying โฌ90 for a 15-minute round trip. The next day, thinking it was odd that such a large hotel didnโt offer a shuttle service, we asked again and luckily found out that a bus passes right in front of the hotel and costs only โฌ2 per person. Honestly, this was a big disappointment for us. It was not pleasant for such a large hotel to be making such petty calculations.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The entertainment was fantastic for both kids and adults โ my child especially loved the animation team, who were full of energy, fun, and incredibly engaging. The entire staff was warm, kind, and always ready to assist, which made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thanks to Rafella, who went above and beyond during our stay. When my husband had a minor accident, she was quick to respond, called a doctor, and supported us throughout โ weโre so grateful for her care and professionalism.
The cocktails were a bit disappointing and didnโt meet our expectations in terms of taste or quality. Also, we felt that lunch and dinner were quite meat-heavy. It would be great to see more vegetarian options on the menu, as the choices felt a bit limited for those who donโt eat meat.

Itโs very clean and beautifully kept. Plenty of space and didnโt seem overcrowded. Felt calm and relaxed.
Food was great and we were able to take food from restaurant to room (for my autistic son who found it too much to sit in restaurant every meal - no reflection on restaurant, it was pretty calm).
Sea is very wavy so was difficult to get in and out but fun once in. Pools lovely and very big for amount of people staying. Fun aqua aerobics sessions am and pm.
We went to Kos Town on the bus but not very much else to do that is easy to access outside of the hotel.
