The washer and dryer machine is especially helpful. The massage chair is also a good thing to have after an entire day of walking. Location is quite near to the Kennedy Town tram terminal and Sheung Wan MTR station. This part of Hong Kong is relatively quiet, suitable for those who do not like to be surrounded by noise and activities all the time.

There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is of a good size, but the other room with a balcony is rather small. The balcony offers partial view of the harbour. The master bedroom is bigger in size but does not have much of a view. Also, there was a foul smell coming from the toilet bowl in the smaller room. We attributed to poor sewage system at first, but decided to take a closer look on the second day of our stay. We then realized that there was a thick circle of grim underneath the toilet bowl. We washed the toilet ourselves and the stench was more or less gone after that.

Great location, only 7 min walk to the quiet, interesting back streets of Sheung Wan. Loved the location, and not noisy either.

We had two single beds and they were very narrow (could hardly turn over!) and hard, which might not suit everyone. We'd have loved some face towels too pls. I also would like somewhere to have sat and worked in the early mornings when I was up with jet lag but didn't find anywhere suitable to sit for that.

Mixed feelings - The room was nice, cleanish (but not super clean), the bed was comfortable and overall the location is quite good, but not the best. The ambiance of the room is nice,,,,,, in the daylight, somethings look tired - especially the bathroom (needs a refurb) Some front desk staff were excellent to outstanding, others seemed not to care.

Upon entering there was no tea, coffee, not even hob to warm things up (when it was advertised as a serviced apartment with cooking facilities). Yes there was a microwave, but useless when there is nothing else. No facilities like tea, coffee, face towels etc..... I was told to go down to the local shop and buy stuff. The view was awful...... just looked into the back of another CM Apartment building which they list as a city view (hardly). The TV kept blipping in and out.... the engineer never did turn up. In terms of Value for Money,,,, this was the worst I've had for a long time, but if it was half price it would still be expensive though acceptable ..... it's incredibly expensive with minimal facilities, very small, but i was told,,,,, that's Hong Kong.

Amenities. Even though the Hong Kong government prohibited to provide 1 time use amenity, the hotel can provide shampoo or shower gel by dispensers. The only amenity they provide is towels. Also, the harbor view of South Tower, which is more expensive than standard rooms, is not harbor view.

That wasn’t any option to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower or even soap. They provide dishes and the sink, but no washing up liquid or sponges to clean them with.

It is located at Hongkong Island where most of the tourist attractions are located and easily accessible via the Sheung Wan MTR line. The bus stop and tram line are located in front of the Residence and the nearby Western Market that we took to travel to Mid-level, Causeway Bay and Wan Chai for the night scene since the area at the Residence is very quiet at nightfall. The Macau ferry terminal is just across the residence that makes our day trip to Macau with ease. The local food eateries, and supermarket are within walking distance. The awesome harbour view from the room makes a welcoming sight upon returning to the room. We like that there is a washing machine and clothes drying rack to hang the laundry thus, clothes dry faster. We stayed on the 32rd floor of the 1 bedroom for 4 ladies which was rather tight although the sofa bed was big enough for 2 petite ladies. The staff from front office, housekeeping and security were very helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. Thank you for your hospitality.

Only 1 pillow was provided for each bed and it was too soft, like sleeping on nothing. We had to use the sofa back cushion to prop up the pillow. The is only 1 toilet in the unit thus, a maximum of 3 adults or a family with young children is ideal. No bathroom amenities such as , toothbrush , bath gel, shampoo or handsoap are provided so bring your own or buy from the nearest convenience store/supermarket

Great location and connections to public transport and port. Close to convenience stores and many good shops and restaurants. Apartment was cleaned every day and the sofa bed was comfortable.

We were not provided with any hand soaps, shower gels or shampoos, which are basic necessities. We were not provided any water bottles or any station to fill water. Shower took atleast 5-10 minutes to heat up, this meant about 15-20 litres of water getting wasted. The apartment smelled strange every time we came in, this was fixed after using the exhaust in the room for about 10-15minutes.

Great location to the west of the CBD. Just where we wanted to be.

Our only complaint was the sofa bed. The room was presented as suitable for two children and two adults but the sofa bed for our two children was very uneven and quite uncomfortable. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but I think it is an unnecessary shortfall of an otherwise good room. There are plenty of comfortable sofa beds on the market.

Location is very good. Ding ding tram stop is Infront of hotel, as well as city bus stop. Mtr sheung wan is just 5 min walk. Also very near to circle k and wellcome supermarket. The view of our room is harbour view, and at 30th floor is very nice. The room is also pretty good for our family of 5. 1 queen size bed with queen sofa bed. There is a pantry with microwave and a washer dryer. And again, the highlight is the location. I love staying at sheung wan. In the city but not as crowded as central or causewaybay.

The small room is pretty tricky to open our 3 big lugggages. Also the staff english is minimal.

We were there for one night and shocked to find no soap in the room, along with other standard items such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I think the hotel should offer guests essential items like shampoo and body wash, using refillable bottles instead of single-use plastic ones. Additionally, providing dishwashing liquid and sponge in the kitchen would greatly enhance convenience for guests. I don’t see how we can reduce plastic usage by either buying single-use plastic bottles from the hotel or opting for larger bottles from the supermarket, as they will likely be thrown in the bin after our stay which is less than a week. Also, the bathroom has an unpleasant odour, not sure if that’s related to the air circulation / purifier or its pumping system near the toilet.

When I asked for a bed to be changed back to a sofa on the night when I checked in, the service was very efficient although it was quite late. The lady/amah was very nice. The service was effective and efficient. I was given some other cooking utensils when requested. Thank you.

When I exited the South tower going to the Connaught Road using the door of the North Tower, I did not get my key immediately from my handbags and I pressed for help, so the amah downstairs shouted at me. Probably I did bother her to help me instead of using my own key to do so . I think that is so rude to customers. She is rather unfriendly and preached to me a bit .

perfect location in sheung wan, staff very friendly and accomodating, rooms are clean and functional and there is a washing machine which is very helpful

the washing machines can be of different quality and some of them are not working very well so make sure you test yours when you get the room!

Eventhough we stayed on the 21st floor, we could still hear the traffic noise. Sound proofing needs to be improved.

Good location and size of room

Dead and live cockroaches in the room. Irregular housekeeping. We stayed for 3 days and room was made up on first day, not made up on the second day and we had to inform lobby for housekeeping for third day to be done. It was a lousy job. Just cleared trash and changed towels. Didn't clean or vacuum.

The ocean view was a million dollar view! Staff was the nicest staff ever. It was my son’s birthday and the manager, Ronald, bought him a gift with all the Hong Kong specialties like milk tea, a toy tram, and some famous Kee Wah cookies. Then the next day, he and a staff, brought a beautiful cake so we can celebrate. Amazing!

The location didn’t have as much eateries of things to do with the kids. It was about a 5 min walk to the MTR and only stairs to walk down.

Staying here for a second time. As good as at first time. Excellent location. View was decent, but not as marvelous as three month ago, as we stayed at 7th floor, not at 11th --- this makes the difference.

Once again -- provision of soap and dishwashing liquid would not increase hotel's OPEX much, but would largely improved our experience.

Proximity to Public Transport, Macau Ferry Terminal and the business district. Never too far from happening places as well. Quality of the stay is very good. Great space in the room and very scenic through the window.

After hours staff is not so helpful as they are mere security guards. Price could have been slightly lower.

We loved the location and the view from our hotel room.

We only received 3 sets of towels when we had 4 people staying in the room, even though we requested 4 sets each day. It would have been nice if laundry detergent and dishwashing soap were provided as other hotels with kitchens and washer and dryer that we stayed in provided them.

Location was good

The bed is full of bedbugs because my husband had bite. I doubt it. The 2nd night my son and I also got it. The bed or bedsheets was not clean.
