The location was great as it was central (hehe). The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. We took the room with the harbor view and it was awesome!
The room itself was a tad bit smaller than what I would have liked, and the shower drain is installed on the wrong angle, so it wasnโt draining properly. But both things arenโt a big deal, especially compared to the rest.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's a 5-min walk to Sheung Wan MTR station, which takes you anywhere in HK from there, and there's also a mini-market about 3 min walking on the same sidewalk that sells fruits and snacks. It's also a very short walk from many restaurants, coffee shops (there's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby) and a shopping mall which has ferries to Macau. I was given a handicap room which was VERY spacious with a little built-in desk with a nice city view. Hotel staff was very friendly too. There are multiple elevators and some take you to the ground level, some don't, but once you figure it out it's quite easy to move around the floors. I would recommend the hotel for it's location, especially if you want to walk around and go to Macau from there, very easy.
The room I was given was a handicap one and the bed was extremely small (twin size), and the mattress was not very comfortable, there was a lump in the middle of the mattress and the pillow was not very fluffy. The shower didn't have any kind of curtain or sliding door, so after showering the entire bathroom would be wet, so waking up in the middle of the night and getting my feet wet was not great. Also, I payed for breakfast the first day and it was not great. The restaurant itself was cold (AC was blasting) and the food selection was very basic. So next day I grabbed breakfast at Starbucks on the ground level which was MUCH better. I would not recommend the handicap room unless you need it, and breakfast, there are better options around.

They dont have a gym or work out facilities like they say in the description. They have a room with one piece of equipment a yoga matt and thats it. You have to reserve it in advance. Beds are hard and laundry was outrageous ? Breakfast was mediocre.
For the price I'd stay elsewhere for sure.

- Buffet breakfast was great. Especially the bacon which was very high quality. Espresso machine also surprisingly good.
- The curtains block out ALL light
- Microwave available near reception
- AC works very well
- Very easy to bring visitors into room; no overbearing security
- WiFi could be a little faster, but not bad.
- Elevators a bit slow. And confusing that some of them don't go to ground floor so you have to transfer.
- Gym is so small that you have to reserve a 1-hour time block. Dumbbells is the only weights.
- They provide "2-in-1" shampoo and body soap, which I don't trust. Better to provide separate shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
- Mattress was extremely stiff. To be fair, you can apparently request a mattress topper.

Location is great, convenient to MTR station, lots of food and entertainment offering in the vicinity. The view from our room is simply stunning. Staff are very helpful and professional.
Could have updated electric outlet to USB, so that international visitors do not have to stress out about charging our electronics outside of the bathroom.

Fantastic view from the top floors. Helpful staff, especially resolving some technical issues with the air-conditioning promptly. Conveniently close to bus depot.
Noise from neighbors travel effortlessly through walls and doors. Long queues at breakfast and coffee machine. Elevators are inefficient (stops on every floor when it's full). Shower drain looked rusted and dirty, the wash basin had a cockroach running around in it. Hotel decor looks dated and in dire need of an upgrade. The bar fridge is empty, no complimentary water. For the price you pay, this is a very basic hotel.

The view from the harbour view room was absolutely worth paying a bit extra for. Really stunning views.
Otherwise, the room had all the essentials - tea / kettle, sockets near the bed, good water pressure, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful when checking in / recommending a restaurant nearby for dinner, etc.
As other users mentioned, the bed is quite firm, so it wasn't the most comfortable for me. There was a sign offering mattress toppers though, so you have the option to request one. (I was only there one night, so felt like more effort than it was worth, but good to have the option)
I also wish there was a normal outlet near any of the mirrors - for any ladies who need to straighten or curl their hair.
I also found it fundamentally strange that the hotel bar closed after 6pm.

The hotel is very old, all the furniture and especially tv is old. The windows donโt open and you canโt get fresh air. There is a fan for heating but when you open the fan you canโt sleep because of the noice and it gives dirty air in the room.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!! Iโve asked the hotel to provide me with a quiet room, a few days in advance. I think they deliberately placed me in a room that was so loud from next door, above, the street, had to use ear plugs in a hotel, imagine that! Itโs torn down and only good thing about it is the location. Just choose any other hotel in HK!

The staff are okay although they can smile a lil bit more.
The red tint that they gave to the hotel windows, makes it difficult to appreciate the view. We were on the 19th floor and the view could have been fantastic if not to the red tint.

The location is the best aspect of this property , and the front desk employees specially Alex .
The cleanliness of the rooms , The carpets need cleaning , not just a quick vacuum , hair in the shower stall is unacceptable, the fridge leaked , the orange paint on the wall in the bedroom is peeling along with the mirror . I expect much more from an Accor hotel .

The property was simple but clean. Itโs close to the train and bus lines. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant attached to the property. The view from the window of the harbor is amazing with all of the buildings lit up at night.

The location is great for a first time visitor, itโs walking distance to Central. The room itself has a view overlooking the bay but I would say the view is partial. I asked the administrator to change my room as I was assigned to a room right next to the elevators - endless thanks to Mr. Jeremy Garcia, who solved that issue for me. Room cleaning was good, towels were changed every day. Pretty good European-style breakfast (mostly).
OJ at the breakfast was the bad kind. The room was rather small, less than 12 sq meters Iโd say. The breakfast hall was REALLY cold - no chance for you to stay longer than 15 mins or so, so just have your breakfast and run ? A water cooler on the 5th floor (Reception) only - the management could probably splurge on water coolers for every floor.

The hotel is in a very good location. There are shops and cafes nearby, and the view from the window was nice.
The room was extremely small and not very comfortable. The bed was hard, and we only received a mattress topper after asking twice. The bathroom was also disappointing: there was a smell of mold, visible mold on the walls, and the bathroom door did not close properly.
Breakfast was a bad experience. The breakfast area was very cold, and the food was not worth the price. I would recommend skipping breakfast at the hotel and going to a nearby cafe instead - it will probably be cheaper and much better.
Another issue was the payment. The hotel charged me twice, and the first transaction was only released about a month later. They also refused to give me any confirmation that the first charge had been cancelled, so my bank kept the money blocked for a long time.

Great hotel in a good location! There was a tram stop just outside so it was real easy to get around. The room was a good size (for Hong Kong) and the check-in and check-out were very easy. The beds are hard compared to beds in the USA but that didn't bother us, just something to keep in mind if you're not used to it. But they also offer pillow tops if the bed is too hard for your liking. There is a Starbucks in the same building so that's convenient. Elevators are very fast.
