The hotel became a nightmare to find. (I was in backpacker mode) I walked this way and that. I made it hard by not having maps enabled. THIS hotel is not near Lan Kwai Fong Street! Anyway, these are very cute little rooms very much aligned to HK. Great location to explore and roam around the city. Bars and cute fooderies all around. Accom was was hell expensive but that appears to be HK.

Staff were fantastic, very accommodating. Stored my luggage for 2 days which was very helpful as I got the ferry from Hong Kong Island and didn't want to commute back to Kowloon. Reception were always helpful and late checkout was no problem. Room had old world charm and stunning views.
Room was a tad small and the bathroom was tiny.

Amazing view from two windows and a very convenient location! Plus pretty nice interior.
The closet in the room is too small for two people. It is suitable for students or for a 2-day visit. Adults who come for more than a week have more cloth. There is a place for two jackets only. It would be right to put a chest of drawers for jeans and underwear under the TV, and give the whole closet, not half, to hangers.
ANd there are no sitting places in the lobby for the waiting. It is possible to put a couple of armchairs with a small table in front of the desk.

The breakfast was fantastic!
The location was perfect... Only a couple blocks to the world's longest escalators. A short cab ride to the airport express... The staff gave me a late check out and stored my bag while I ran around all day. There was a room to take a quick shower before hitting the long road home.
Staff was always very helpful and courteous. I would stay here again

My room was connected to the next room by a door. I woke up twice late at night with the sex voice and sound of a couple in the next room. Their voices were vulgar and really annoying. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could not make it the same room as the couple in the room connected by the door.

Right in the middle of old Hong Kong.. full of life, character- very convenient location, walking distance to everything, including the Peak. And the comfy bed..
I understand the problem of opening windows on high rise buildings.. , but I missed the fresh air:)... and the walk to the Express train station to the airport via the elevated bridge had alot of stairs-- not recommended with heavy case:) .. maybe check the time the escalator is working but for me it was peak hour so not working:(!

Location was amazing. Walking distance to the train/ferry terminal. Lots of places around for eating. The daytime staff were just AMAZING and so helpful. The room was small but big enough for 1 person.
The wallpaper in the room could do with some updating and more better cleaning of the room, especially dust around the sitting area overlooking the view. Also, my room could do with a new bed as I found it quite uncomfortable and the bathroom water in the shower was very slow to drain.

The breakfast was also set up in a very tasteful space. The location was convenient for walking around central.

Location is great! Near Airport Express and Hong Kong station. However, the crowd and hilly terrain makes it a bit difficult to navigate if you have luggage.
there was some exterior renovation going on with scaffolding blocking the entrance, I could not find the hotel until the staff see us hanging around stupidly outside and ushered us in.

I like it has a nice gym so I can exercise when typhoon hits and I had to stay in hotel all day.
My taxi driver was not able to find this location, and dropped me near Lan Kwai Fang, which is not the same location as Lan Kwai Fang Hotel. I had to walk several blocks with my luggage to find this place in the dark evening on the up-down narrow street.

Great location in a great city, very close to lots of dining out places. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, they even solved a problem with the taxi-driver for me. I would go there anytime again.
The room was a bit small, but of course space is at an absolute premium in Hong Kong.

Location is perfect near all main streets, lots of restaurants around. Rooms are small but enough with small luggage, hotel is on steep hill and maybe hard for older travelers. Staff is helpful and polite , willing to direct you to any attractions . I was traveling alone so the size of the room was enough , I didn’t add breakfast to my booking lots of small local place’s around

Perfect location, freindly and helpful staff. Our room wasn't too big but well equipped and properly arranged.
Comfortable beds.
We liked the interior design very much, traditonal Chinese with a touch of modern.
The hotel offers for breakfast very decent selection of different food,something for everyone and all we had, was very fresh and tasty.
One could tell that the hotel past its prime. Some renovation works don't look quite successfull.

The room was small but tastefully and innovatively decorated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows - OMG! just the type I like.
There was no converters for the non-HK plugs nor USB ports in the outlets, which should have been standard. If you didn't have yours, you had to poney up 150HK$ to buy it at the lobby.

Excellent location, not far from both Central & Hong Kong stations. Nice restaurants/bars nearby. Bed was very comfortable, soap/shampoo/conditioner available. Decent variety for breakfast (eggs/criossant/fruits/yogurt/coffee and other meats & some Asian options.
Room was very small. Gym was tiny considering number of hotel rooms. Expensive breakfast. Expensive stay.

We asked for a heater because it was really cold in a room, but we didn’t receive one. Carpets in both corridor and room had stains sand were really old.

Location cannot be better. Next to so many good food and nightlife and shopping options. A 10 min walk from central station or from the bus stop for the A11 airport line. The staff are very friendly, the rooms very clean and were cleaned with new sheets and towel every day. It’s very quiet and easy to sleep at night. There’s a gym with free water refills there also. Def recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hk
Could maybe provide 1 or 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room?

The location, views and aesthetic was nothing short of fantastic! Being in a high rise overlooking the city and Victoria Harbor was certainly special! Comfortable beds, and a phenomenal breakfast were also definite highlights. Staff were all accommodating and kind every step of the way.
Although the cleanliness was satisfactory, it is evident that others’ complaints were certainly valid. By no means is it a health issue, more of a cosmetic one.

Outstanding location to everything on Hong Kong Island. Easy to get to from the Airport Express train. Overhead walkways practically the whole way. Close to Central Market, street food, shops and to the MTR. Hotel staff friendly. Rooms adequate and comfortable especially for the price.

Very well located and for the price, and if you value location above all things then this is a very convenient location and good choice if you want to be located by the city center.
The hotel was a bit dated. The bathroom "shutters" also don't completely block out light so if someone turns on the light to go to the bathroom in the evening it could be a disturbance for the other person,
