The property can be reached by City Bus - A21 which stops directly in front of the hotel. While you enjoy your stay there. It is also adjacent to a shopping mall an sits right above the Jordan MTR making it very convenient to get around. The A22 Bus is also nearby allowing you to catch the bus straight to the airport or HZMB port with few stops. The room was relatively quiet with good air conditioning. It was only noisy when guests were loud near our door. The housekeeping was fantastic and cleaned our room daily. Free water was provided each day.
The property is a bit dated and the twin size beds were very small. The beds were also very soft and extremely flat pillows. You have to go up a set of stairs and two escalators to get to the ground floor of the hotel.

I had booked predential Hotel for a 5-night stay in Hong Kong. My primary reasons for choosing this hotel were its convenient location near the MTR and the comparatively larger room sizes.
While the hotel itself was decent โ the room was clean and the facilities were generally satisfactory โ my experience during check-in was disappointing and set a negative tone for the trip.
I had made a request for early check-in at the time of booking via Booking.com, as my flight was scheduled to land at 6:30 AM. I reached the hotel at 8:30 AM and was assisted by Mr. T-R-E-R-R-O-N Wong at the reception. He started the check-in process, took my documents, processed my payment, and even handed me the key card holder โ but not the actual room key. Then he informed me that the official check-in time would still be 2 PM.
I politely reminded him about my early check-in request, explaining that I was traveling with a two-year-old child after a long flight and that we were in Hong Kong to celebrate his birthday. I also pointed out that if the hotel would not have electricity between 9:30 AM to 5 PM โ as he mentioned โ then it seemed unreasonable to deny early check-in after already taking the full payment for a room that would effectively be without power during the check-in period.
Instead of showing empathy, Mr. Wong was rude and dismissive. He quoted an additional HKD 500 + taxes for early check-in โ which I even agreed to pay โ but his tone turned aggressive when I asked why I should pay extra for a room that would be without electricity during the time I had already paid for. He told me not to speak to him โlike thatโ, even though I had remained calm throughout. His behavior came across as discriminatory, and it felt like I was being treated unfairly.
Itโs unfortunate because the hotel itself could have offered a pleasant experience, but front desk interactions โ especially during a family trip with a toddler โ really matter.

Location and accessibility to all modes of transports. The location was perfect for us and our little toddler which made accessing trains and buses easy. Heaps of eatery around and the room was a great size, we could still walk around even with two large suitcases wide open on the floor.
Fortunate enough to have daily cleaning, as our bins were constantly fill with diapers and whatever random junk our child brings back, so happy that the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating.
Only draw back was that were needed to get through one to two sets of escalators to get to the hotel lobby and elevators to room. Hard with a young child always wants to run off and really hard to stand side by side on the escalators as they were really narrow.
Also, the strong smell of cigarettes at times when you go into the elevators.

The location is unbeatable. In the heart of the old HK, next to a park, night markets and public transport (including airport bus literally stopping in front of the hotel). This is not my first time to stay in this hotel, it still maintains the high quality of it.
(1) Location - Very near to Jorden MRT station exit D and E, 2 mins walking.
(2) Hotel located in a shopping mall

The room was clean. I esp like that the towels were white - clean white. I felt comfortable using them. I have a problem with old, meh spaces and this hotel provided a nice, comfortable, accessible location to food, shopping and most importantly, access to the mtr which is right downstairs.
I asked for complimentary slippers and firm beds, which I got. I was happy with the spring beds the hotel provided.
The staff was friendly. The young lady who cleaned our room on the 12th floor was esp jovial and nice.
I would give it an 8.5 instead of an 8 for overall score.
It would have been nice if there was an elevator directly from the mtr floor to the hotel, so I didn't need to ride up 6 escalators just to get to the hotel floor. Also, the walls are rather thin, and we could hear whenever the occupants next door take a shower.

The hotel location is not far from Kowloon station.
This state of this hotel was dirty and disappointing. After checking in we took the lift to our floor. It is worth noting that the carpet in the lift, the hallways and the rooms itself is filthy and stained. Our room had lots of hair from previous guests on the floor - not like one or two strands, but a lot, it was as if it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I spoke to the clerk on the front desk and he offered another room which was appreciated, however the state of that room was not much better. At this point it was 2am in the morning, we were tired from travelling and decided to just put up with it. Again, the carpet in the rooms is stained and filthy. As I slept in the bed I was thankful for the overwhelming tiredness from travel, because I would not have been able to sleep otherwise. We put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and were woken up in the morning by the cleaning staff trying to enter the room. What is the point of the sign if they don't respect it? This hotel was quite pricey, over $800AUD for a two night stay. For that price I would at the very least expect a room that has been cleaned properly. It is not clean and not worth your money staying here.

Rooms were big like the picture shown. Very spacious. Only thing was no amenities like toothbrushes etc. Other than that, everything was nice and clean. Also if you arrive early, you can not come to check in. They want you to come at 3:00 to the front desk to check in.
Front desk was strict about checking in at 3. Even if you arrived a little early, they still tell you to come at 3 to check in.

I did not like the pre authorisation on my credit card which was done prior to arrival and then hotel took full payment for my 3 nights stay and told it us up to my bank when to get the money back! Hotels which do not care about traveler budget do like that !!

Location good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff all round. Comprehensive info about matters re: transportation and local shops.
Concierge excellent.
Had a 5th floor room, could smell the exhaust from nearby stores(Jollibee), fried chicken smells from inside room.
13th floor hallway carpet would need relaxing soon.

Location: Great, with quite many good eateries and restaurants around the vicinity; Jordan MTR just below the hotel very convenient makes getting around very easy and happy travelling.
Room: Like it a lot - very good size which is bigger than the usual HK hotel rooms.
Cleanliness: Good
Swimming pool was very cold (went there on Sun 9/11/2025 morning) at 9.15am, so did not go there again.
Suggestion: to heat up the pool
