Rude staff, false listings, super super old rooms etc,. Got a harbour view room, cant see ANY harbour. The website says the hotel offers shuttle bus to the airport, FALSE. I asked the reception for the shuttle schedule, but he rudely mocked my accent and repeated everything I was saying. Afterwards, even the manager kept trying to gaslight me and claim it only happened before corona. But it was DEFINITELY on their website and he couldnt say anything about it.
STRONGLY advice everyone to stay the hell away from this place. Not worth ANYTHING. Spend a bit more for a better experience. This place ruined my stay in HK

Occasionally made to wait up to 25 minutes for an elevator. If youre taller than 6 ft you may not physically fit in the space where the toilet is, the bath is more of a decoration. Not realistically considered big enough for any adult.

The location is the only good thing about this place. Oh and the heated rooftop pool was great.
The staff is very RUDE and was giving racist vibes. From the security guard downstairs in the luggage area to the receptionists. They never wanted to help. Maybe it was a language barrier, im not sure, i dont think so cuz they spoke english, but every time i would need to ask a question or get help, they not only dont respond to good mornings but they also dont care to service you. I had left my jacket on the reception couch and i went 3 times to ask in lost & found. They ignored me all 3 times, did not care to check and brushed me off. Its only on my last day when checking out that i encountered a lady who seemed nice. I insisted she go look, and to no surprise my jacket was returned. Besides the rude staff, the elevator takes forever flying up and down between 38 floors. And its hot cuz theres no a/c in there. The rooms smell and are not renovated. Such a small room that when 2 luggages are open on the floor theres no space at all to walk around the room. The bathroom curtain had very visible and nasty molds.

The location is good.
Booking.com took payment the day before. Hotel took payment again on the day. Which I had to stand at reception and sort out for over half an hour when I was jet lagged and have a fractured foot. Someone at this hotel has also committed fraud on my account via the Booking.com app which I still haven't received back from Booking.com or the hotel. I have been waiting for this to be investigated and returned for over 3 weeks pluz now. I would NOT reccomend this hotel at all.

The location and roof top pool are pretty much the only good things about this hotel.
The lifts/elevators are a joke. Very slow and tiny. Barely enough space for 5 people, yet they claim to hold 12. They randomly decide they are overweight and stop working. During our stay, we often had to wait 10 minutes for a lift.
The breakfast is advertised in the rooms as ending at 10.30. We were turned away at 10.05, as it does, in fact, end at 10.00. The staff didn't care when I showed them the in room folder that states it runs until 10.30.
The rooms are tiny, the shower room floods, the TV is tiny, the air conditioning is feeble, and there was a broken air purification machine in our room. The beds are as hard as a park bench, and we found rubbish down the side of one of the beds too.

For the price, at least you get your own room in a fantastic location. That's about the only good thing about this hotel.
The lifts are an absolute debacle - 3 functioning lifts for 38 floors, most of the time it doesn't even stop at your floor so I ended up walking down 28 flights of stairs every time I wanted to leave.
My first room reeked of cigarette smoke, so thankfully the staff moved me to a different room. The aircon is riduclously loud, and the bed is rock hard.
It's not terrible, but I definitely wouldn't come back here.

First of all the block my credit card already one week in advance even it was described no deposit needed full payment at the property! Really old hotel on a construction site location which doesnt match to the description and pictures at booking! Room not clean, towels dirty, shower head damaged, leakage washbasin blocked and safe doesnt work. Matts from the bed seems to be from the 70s and are hard like stone. Staff unfriendly and not really interested to solve any of the room problems. Room rate per night with around 1k Hongkong Dollars is a insolence! We leave after one night even we lose some money.
