Room was not clean, there were rust and dirt in the shower and basin. There were cracks in the room flooring. No housekeeping throughout our stay and we need to ask for clean towels daily. It was completely disappointing. I stayed in such a dirty hotel for the first time in my life. There was no cleanliness whatsoever. Insects were wandering around the hotel and I stayed for seven days. I told the staff to clean the room. They said they should definitely come and clean the room.
They could make the hotel a little cleaner. After all, people stay here. I can't imagine such a dirty hotel on the most beautiful street of Hong Kong.

Have to change my room more than 3 times every day because all rooms are more or less three times. The window curtain is not able to close. You find feathers and crippnails on the wooden floor. You can see the white towels everywhere in the hallway because of water. You find no carpet in the hotel at all.

The location was convenient because the bus from the airport stops right in-front of the hotel. And the staff were very helpful.

To be fair, it's location is GREAT and I think that is what this hotel is known for. Also since it is an entire building, you get the elevator for yourself - you don't share it with other tenants just those who stay in the hotel itself so it does not take too long to go up or down. Wifi was working nicely and was quite stable. There is ref and TV in the room and the beds and pillows were comfortable too. Although there is a safety deposit box in the room, the part of the door where the safety latch is attached looked like it had been forced open before so I did not leave valuable things behind. Also, the staff who spoke to me was friendly and helpful.
I was expecting a "hotel-like" accommodation basing it off on the name and the photos. First off, the room smelled like sweaty feet. We had to buy a room spray to get through our stay. The paint of the walls were chipping off and had child's drawings which makes it creepy. The bathroom did not smell nice either even if the rusted vent was working. The toilet bowl itself is filthy. They did not clean the room during our stay. There was no mention of having to ask for it so we thought it should be a regular thing. To top it all off, even our trash was not cleared. They also do not have water dispenser for the guests.
I hope the hotel does something about it's facilities. The lobby looks nice but their rooms need a lot of improvement.
