The property is amazing, not too close to the main road, but also very easy to walk anywhere you'd like to go. The staff are friendly and speak multiple languages. The property itself is stunning old balinese style, but well kept and cared for. Many warungs and other restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was slightly different every morning and we enjoyed it a great deal. Very easy to organise shuttles with reception to town, the airport or anywhere else.
Cleanliness-wise we had no issues at all, but the rooms were dated and a little dark - the photos don't really reflect this. The bathrooms were the worst part, I would say. Considering how beautifully maintained the rest of the property is (the pool, gardens, restaurant etc.), it looks like they haven't considered renovating the rooms in a few years. It's not the hotels fault, but you might have some difficulty getting a taxi/gojek/grab to come get you, as the roads are narrow or one way and our drivers usually refused to take us the whole way.

We stayed for a week. It's a hidden gem nestled amongst the streets of Kuta! It's not too big and not too small...it's a perfect size. Relaxing and comfortable. Enjoyable for all ages! Close to everything!

Staff were amazing, good central location with plenty of cafes around to explore. Pool area was perfect for kids to play in, with a swim up bar to get drinks for parents. Massage gazebo next to the pool was perfect allowing to get a massage but keep one eye out on my son while he continues to enjoy pool fun. Delicious Nasi Goreng, fish dish and my son loved the mixed satay dinner option.
Friday night they had a dance performance with buffet dinner. Food was delicious and traditional dance performance was fantastic to watch.
We left a little gratitude for cleaner and were suprised by a nice towel origami friend which brightened our day!
Great service and value for money.
Room could benefit from deep clean, pizza was not the best option of the menu and bed/pillows were not most comfortable. Last two are a personal preference so really the only suggestion would be for a bit more of a deep clean of rooms.

The family rooms would be better if there was a divider between double and singles. Couldn’t get up and make a coffee without walking the whole family, I am an early riser unlike my kids, so that was frustrating I would prefer interconnecting rooms rather than a family room for next time.

The staff were, for the most part, friendly. We had quite a few issues and really gave us an attitude that we were inconveniencing them. When we were offered solutions they were pretty subpar.
When I booked I submitted a request for a ground floor room (we were travelling with a three year old and three month old with a double pram), requested 2 double beds and requested a cot.
Upon arrival, I was told our room wouldn’t be ready until 7pm; otherwise I could have a room on the top floor. We had been travelling for two days with two small children and there’s no way we could wait 6 hours for a room so accepted the third floor room.
When we arrived to the room the cleaners were only just leaving, however the floors were still dirty, the wardrobe door was hanging off with screws sticking out and there was hair in the bathroom, and no cot as requested.
We turned on the aircon and after three hours the room was still barely cool, I went and complained and requested a refund and we’d go somewhere else.
They were insistent they could find a solution, we were moved to a ground floor room that had a double bed and two single beds. There was no windows / courtyard / balcony etc and an outside bathroom, it was however more acceptable than the first room. Two days after this relocation construction started on the room directly above us that woke my napping children several times. When I went to reception to complain they told me what it was going to be continuing for the rest of my stay and they’d have to move me again. I again requested a refund for the remainder of my stay. They took me to look at two other rooms at their other property, which meant taking my very over tired baby out in the heat being shuttled to and from properties. The first stank of mould and was a far smaller room, the second was only enough for a couple to stay in, not a family of four. When I looked at the price comparison of this room it was $100 / night difference to what I had paid and they’d offered no compensation. I told them I wouldn’t be moving without a refund.
They then came to the room and told me that they’d stop construction until we left.

ADI Dharma Hotel, however, consistently delivers excellence. Its stylish relaxation areas offer stunning tropical views, while thoughtful touches, such as beautifully arranged Balinese tables and flower offerings on each floor, add to its charm.
The hotel's adherence to traditional Balinese architecture is evident, if you look you will see uniquely designed doorways and balconies, each with its own motif and guardian, a great touch again to detail and craftsmanship.
Coming back at night the hotel Is a truly memorable experience.
The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the markets, Pantai Kuta, The beach walk shopping centre and Poppies lane 2.
The meandering Koi pond and small arched bridges contribute to an additional layer of tranquility.
While we were there a severe lightning and rain storm arrived, and I appreciated the cleverly designed patterned pathways with pebbles that eliminated slip, trip, and fall risks with the deluge.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we look forward to coming back

The hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent—very efficient and quick with their service. The pool and overall facilities were great, and I appreciated how well-organized the staff and processes were. They offered a wide range of on-site services, which, though we didn’t use most of them, was a nice touch. I also really appreciated their courtesy in holding our luggage after we checked out. The check-out process itself was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
The only aspect we didn’t like was the location, as it was accessible through narrow roads. However, from what I observed, this seems to be the case with most hotels in Kuta. Apart from that, there weren’t any other negatives to mention.

We loved the hotel location and the staff were all amazing!
The only thing I can suggest is that the give the same amount of drinking glasses/mugs to the same amount of people stying in the room. Also so milk for coffee or tea in the morning before someone heads to breakfast.

Our family loved staying at Adi Dharma. The staff are so friendly and food at the restaurant was amazing. The pool was so good for the kids and the boys in the swim up bar make a fabulous cocktail!

only thing I would like to see is maybe that the free hotel shuttle run morning lunch 9am and 1.00 pm one way and for the evening for older guests 6.00 pm drop off and 9.00pm pick up as some of older guests like to shop at night to avoid heat of the day

Dinner menu was limited and small serves from the menu, and expensive for the quality.
Buffets were average for quality.
Cocktails advertised $9.50 on menu but with taxes (in small print) came out closer to $14.50. Didn’t find that out till paying the charges to our account when we were leaving.
Taxi transfers to and from airport were included in the price when I booked and paid the accommodation, but they insisted it wasn’t and we had to pay $30 on arrival to hotel. We called a taxi to return to airport and it cost $6.90.

This place was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was daily. I will rebook this hotel when i return to bali. I was lucky enough to see the hotel staff perform a ceremony over 2 days and enjoyed the Easter Buffet Dinner with a duo live music

Excellent service, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Everyday during breakfast they will check on you if everything is okay and how they can improve their service. That was a highlight for us. The food was good, really enjoyed our stay.

Need more changes with breakfast seems to be same cereals, juices and many food items the same.
The price for accommodation is getting expensive compared to when we first stayed and nothing has changed.
Need larger menu because when you stay you a long period you get bored with the choices.
No shower curtain bathroom would get flooded and slippery.
