The shower curtain is too short. It should be covering the whole bath tub, not only half of it. It's almost impossible to have a reasonable shower with that curtain. Also, installing another curtain at the bathroom window would be a plus, in regards to privacy.

It was central.
We stood at reception for quite a while whilst the staff member tried to sort our booking. It was probably 25 minutes of standing there. The room had a strange smell but also the area behind the pillows were dirty. The pillows were dirty and quite discoloured. I booked the wrong room and when i asked about emending the room, i was briefly told the hotel was fully booked and was hung up on. We passed a room with a door open when we arrived and we passed the same room on departure and it hadn’t been touched. I was confused why we couldn’t have been moved to this room.
Overall i wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were great. The location is also ideal for a city visit.
The door locks were old and hard to use. Even when a staff member was alerted they struggled to get it to work, and it only worked after several attempts.
The breakfast was nice enough although pretty basic. Also the hotel is quite old fashioned looking.

1. There were no car parking available. They have very limited car parking. So we had to park in public parking.
2. Room did not meet the expectation of hotel standards. There were no cupboard. They should upload photos of each type of room with name and description about the room.
3. I have booked small rooms, but when I entered in room I felt claustrophobic. I didn't expect that room will that small where there will be just bed and building you see through the window I felt it's very close to the room. This is first time in life I felt claustrophobic.
4. There was no space to walk properly in the room.
5. Staircase depth is uneven, I tripped few times.
6. Place is not worth for money

We loved the location. It was just a little off from the busier areas so you miss the bustle but it is also close enough that you can walk to pubs and restaurants very easy. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Because the hotel is close to the popular areas, you will likely get traffic from the pubs at night. People outside kept my parents up throughout the night.

Location was excellent. I came by train and everything was walkable. The property is older and the plumbing in the sink in room 14 was off and on but functional. The little box window had no window dressing so I blocked the afternoon sun with my own little suitcase. Besides that everything was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is convenient and is walking distance to many eateries, museums, coffee shops, etc. However, it is located on an extremely busy street and therefore is noisy literally all night. Also, the staff is nice, albeit extremely unhelpful.
I am so disappointed that I wasted $450 and two nights of my life here. I am by no means a fancy traveller nor do I have high expectations when I travel. I have stayed in hostels all over Europe, and I would have gladly rather been in any one of those hostels.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the hotel is very loud (both from other guests and from street noise outside), and there was a giant streetlight shining directly into our room from 10:00pm to 5:00am.
The room is very small, and there is no storage (I even asked for a luggage rack as was declined). There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom and just a single hook for towels, so the second person has literally nowhere to put their sopping wet towel.
Whoever is reading this: I do not know you, but please please do yourself a favor and spend the extra 50 euros per night to stay anywhere else. You owe it to yourself.

The property is exceedingly well located if you wish to explore the city centre area (a mere 5 min walk), and about 15 mins walk from Kent Station and Bus Aras (the main bus station). There are also a number of shops, restaurants, and bars within meters of the property. I didn't get breakfast or dinner there so I can't speak about it. Overall, it was good value for money. I chose this property on the basis of price and location for the specific appointment I had to attend the following morning.
There is a pub/bar right across the street (maybe 50 yards away) so it was quite noisy during the night. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room so it was stiflingly hot.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. yes the furniture is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious (especially the bathroom), and comfortable. The location is fantastic, the staff are wonderful and there is free parking available at the property. Was a great stay and would recommend.
As I said, the furniture is a bit dated and the hallway carpets need replacing (or cleaning). But overall, it was a great value for money.

This was fun little part of the city with easy walking to downtown. There is no elevator but the staff were lovely and offered to help us carry our bags.
