The location is very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room / apartment is massive and very nice to come to after a days work.
WiFi didn't work, shower / water didn't work in the morning and took 30 mins to resolve. The mattress was poor. The standard of finishing is quite poor (curtain rail barely fixed to the wall / getting pulled out, toilet seat flimsy, cupboard doors crooked), Noise from guests above just walking around their room was quite loud

Spacious single apartment. Ideal for a work or leisure trip. Free wifi with desk space. Heating control, adaptable lighting, comfortable furnishings. Quiet building and lots of hot water. Kitchen is well equipped. Relaxing feel to the place.
The bathroom fittings and tiles are a little tired - all perfectly functioning but just in need of a small bit of TLC. Otherwise perfect.

Was spacious and clean and had a great natural breeze. Very nicely done! Also very clean and apartment had all the kitchen stuff you needed. Plates, cups, silverware etc. fridge, stove… very accommodating!
The stairs… top floor. Not bad, but we arrived late and tired and had to walk to town for dinner and it was farther than we anticipated. Prob 20 min walk.
And then back.

Spacious, clean, relaxed feel. Close enough to the centre to walk yet in quiet location. Parked right outside the apartment. Small courtyard space for letting dog out if had taken with me. Seem to have thought of everything for a short to long break.
My stay was far too short as could've easily stayed a week.

the apartment was excellent as well as the staff. very accommodating, every room was spotless and we had ample towels toilet rolls. It was lovely to have a sitting room to relax and enjoy tv. The house itself is in a lovely quite area across the road from UCC, within walking distance of shops and bars and eatery's

Apartment is very spacious and very clean. Staff were so lovely. Location is great, 20 minute walk in heels from the bar we were in.
Bed pillows could have been softer. Should have a full length mirror in the room but these complaints aren't even complaints just suggestions.

The location was great, apartment style accommodations with a full kitchen, had privacy and felt safe.
There is some parking in front of the property but most of the complementary parking is in the back and requires you to alert and front lobby attendant that you need to leave so they can open the arm. There wasn’t always an attendant at the front lobby and can be difficult to leave.

Property was very nice, good location just 15 minutes of a walk from our event. It was clean and had everything basic you would need for a longer stay.
There was no hand wash in the bathroom or kitchen which I think would be necessary. We did use the provided hair/body wash which resolved this problem.

Was in Flat 2 House 5, up 1 flight of stairs. Very spacious & in my case sunny apartment
facing UCC Campus, main room has 2 large windows. I came for a conference, there is a campus gate directly across the street (closed on the Saturday). Liked the 19thC feel of house, well equipped apartment, my stay was quiet. View at back non-descript, but front makes up for it. The 208 bus stop just outside to your right, only a few stops into city centre. If you don't have much luggage, you can take 208 to Macurtain street stop across the river, then it's about a 10 minute walk to the train station. If you have time, Cork City Museum [free] is right behind Crawford House via Noel Cantwell Walk. I also visited the relatively newly opened Elizabeth Fort, very much worth going out of your way for (see photo view of Finn Barre's Cathedral).
Like previous guests, tiny sink in the shower room/toilet very annoying. Way too low & small, even washing your hands wets everywhere. Too busy during my 2 night stay to ask at desk, but 1st night had no hot water in shower/sink, though I did at the kitchen sink. Others I see got explanation about 'water system'. Next day there was hot water. Single shelf in shower room tiny: plenty of wall space to add another one, or two. Please add mugs in kitchen, cups too small for herbal tea. Can't be helped (and location other wise very good), but a distance to walk to store for food shopping, even just to get mineral water and fresh fruit juice: closest convenience store is the Student shop on UCC campus [check hours, obviously restricted choice]. Though all reception staff were very pleasant, bit of a coordination issue: checked with them 3 times to check out at 12 and not 11, all 3 said okay, yet on the morning they phoned & emailed me [was at conference] to check out early [But this would not prevent me from returning!]

On arrival, we checked in at the Crawford House reception. The apartment was next door. We were able to park at the front of the building, off road. Excellent. The one bed apartment was spotless. Fantastic facilities, kettle, fridge, etc. TV in a living area. Bedroom ensuite was very comfortable. The location was ideal for downtown or university hospital. We would definitely stay again. Would recommend ?

Towels were short handed as hand towels and kitchen towels were not replaced. Oddly bedroom was tidied, kitchen counter left untouched which was fine just odd. My new Hairdryer smoked and fried when using proper converter, so something in electrical was off. Circuit popped and was quickly amended. My Converter continued to work for hair iron, phones. Just lost an $80 dryer! Needed an extra key, really, and a parking pass for easy exit/entry would have been nice.

Window was left open before we arrived so place was freezing upon arrival. No bar soap in bathroom, only small shower vials for use made it very difficult. Shower was so bad we only used it once. Only one set of keys was an issue.

The staff upon arrival was excellent welcoming us and showing us all the amenities in both our apartments. The rooms were absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious and complete with kitchen areas and all needed appliances and utensils. More than you need! University is right across the street and The Green Frog Cafe is a block away!! Can't wait for my stay again in April!!! Thank you Crawford House!!!!
