The staff were so friendly. The family suite was fab, so much space for our 10 month old to crawl around and had everything we needed for her bottles/food. Plus the balcony was something we didn't realise was part of the room so that was a lovely surprise especially with the view we had over Banrty Bay. Just stunning.
The only minor flaw was the changing rooms in the leisure centre were really cold. Our baby got quite upset due to how cold she was in the changing room after our paddle in the kiddie pool. Once she was dried and dressed she was fine again, but just something to note for young kids because it was not nice to see her shivering. Other than that we could not fault our experience one bit and we will definitely be back.

Margaret and I we arrived separately and my welcome was so nice and friendly and I was told Margaret had gone for a walk. Our room was so big and my bed so large four people could fit easily. Bath and shower and percolate coffee ☕️ which we both enjoyed. Our Valentine's meal was fantastic and all served with a smile and it was so tasty good. We had a swim ?♂️ and jacuzzi and steam room and sauna so well laid out and just a beautiful amazing hotel and staff in all sections were so polite and friendly and good team spirit and we had a good meal in the bar and it was excellent and enjoyed our cocktails and the atmosphere was buzzing and good. We attended the Furey brothers and it just blew us away such a lovely week end we had and looking forward to returning soon.

The staff very very friendly and helpful, especially Ryan, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Also the Receptionists who were very obliging, as were all the other hotel staff that I encountered. I loved the location, the breakfasts, and the ambiance of the place. I had a great stay and look forward to returning in 2026.
This isn't the hotel's fault, but sometimes the noise from the traffic outside on the road was a bit loud, especially from 7am in the morning. Next time I will bring my earplugs.

In future I will eat a the local pub the snug. The food was better there anyway.

Whilst there was a large free carpark under the hotel, there was no direct lift from the carpark into reception. The lift came up to street level and then your walked down the street a short distance to the hotel entry. As it was a very wet and windy evening, we should have left our car where it was parked on the street where we had parked closer to the hotel than where the lift was.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Had a nice plate of fish and chips in the bar and the Guinness was good. Very well situated if you are exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. Decent off street car park, grand for parking a motorcycle. Bantry is a very nice town to visit. I will of course stay here again someday.
