In the heart of Dublin, these comfortable apartments are well-placed for the New O2 Arena and Lansdowne Road Stadium. Vibrant bars are a few minutes’ away on the DART Train. Boasting the freedom and privacy of your own home, the apartments feature a fully fitted kitchen for self catering.
There is a spacious living room and separate dining area. Parking is available and internet access is in all apartments (these should be reserved at the time of your booking). All Baggotrath House Apartments, Newbridge Ave, Dublin 4 Newbridge Ave, Dublin 4 are located in Dublin 4, with a variety of shops, restaurants and amenities on the doorstep.
The area is well serviced by bus, taxi and DART, which is a 15-minute walk away. The apartments are Self Catering and we provide Towels, linens, cutlery, crockery, glasses and basic kitchen utensils. We provide coffee/tea/hot chocolate sachets & milk jiggers, 2 x dishwasher tablets and 1 x miniature shampoo, shower gel and soap to get you started on arrival.
No washing powder/liquid or condiments/food is supplied.

This is a very well-managed property. The apartment was very bright, spacious, and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to Dublin City centre. Lots of transportation options available nearby too. We had a warm welcome and found our stay really enjoyable. The shower was excellent.
There was nothing to dislike. The sofa could use a covering as it was a little shabby but all of the furniture was well-appointed. More towels could be provided for guests, and some amenities like dish/laundry soap would have been helpful. We did leave some supplies behind that we purchased for the next guests that they can hopefully use. However, none of these comments should be considered negative. We thought it was a wonderful place to stay for the week!

Not that we didn't like it, but would have liked some information about the area etc, maps, how to get to places. Info was sparce on the website from the qr code. Also, what to do when we left - we left the keycards but didn't say if we needed to strip beds etc. We made sure it was clean and bins were empty.

The apartment, during our 14 days stay, was cleaned only on 4th day after our arrival. Then we were left with the same towels and dusty floor. There was no mop or vacuum cleaner. My son, allergic to dust, was sneazing the last days all the time.

Cob webs in the hallway above the stairs and above the bed. There was no dish soap. Nothing to scrub dishes with. Gave us dishwasher pod for 2 loads and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 nights. The hot water was tricky to figure out, guessing it was on a timer. Super frustrating, and no staff ever explained it to us upon arrival. Also, there are no face cloths and the bed is very uncomfortable

A longer walk into the city centre but we had planned to take buses so it was perfect for us. Communication with property was fantastic. Property was clean and comfy and situation in a lovely area. Hot water is available three times a day, but the exact times were unclear. Messaged property for help and they were able to check that it worked well which was great! Would just recommend adding the times to the info sheet given on check in.

Everything was great! The living room and kitchen are very nice and cozy. The walls are very well isolated so you don’t hear anything! The beds are super comfortable and spacious! The two bathroom is a great plus! Location is 45min from the city center, and parking in the street is super easy and costs 1,20€/hour.
Everything was perfect! The only thing that could maybe be improved is the noise coming from the pump which brings the water, it starts very frequently and can disturb during the night if someone in the appartement is using the water.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable - we could feel the springs. Very minor things - mirror in the bathroom was very low, so you had to lean over to use it, and there was no dish for hand soap, so we had to take one from the kitchen. And no hand soap in the kitchen, we had to ask for that.

Good shopping streets nearby and only a few blocks walk to the waterfront and the iconic Pollbeg Chimneys. The apartment is well furnished, warm and inviting. Very spacious apartment! It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a really roomy kitchen/living room. It has everything you need and you can adjust heating in bedrooms and in every room. It also has a small patio where you can just breathe some fresh air!

Never experienced this. Flush not working in en-suites.We reached at 5 pm, within hour manager knocked the door and informed don’t make noise. It disturbs those who staying below apartment and their exam ongoing.That is totally wooden floor, not only kids if adults walking slowly then also it’s make noisy. Communication with hosts was very good and clear. I liked the location. Not in downtown but easy to get around with good pubs and restaurants nearby. Allowed us to casually see other parts of Dublin. The apartment was nice with good spaces.
While not noisy per se (zero noise from the street), there was a fair amount of sound related to plumbing in our ground floor apartment. When other units used the shower or the washer we could hear either the water heater activating or water in the pipes. That was inconvenient. That said we did not hear voices or other sounds from other apartments. I felt while the kitchen had decent appliances and utensils, I felt some basic condiments (salt & pepper, some butter or oil) could have been provided.

Louise and Arthur were wonderful. They were very helpful and informative in every engagement with them. From the first time that we made contact with Louise about making a booking, we were made to feel comfortable. Louise and Arthur were professional and welcoming.
It would be helpful if the information about the nearest DART being Lansdowne Road was included with the online information.

The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped. I like the kitchen with all tools and appliances we need for daily use. That made us feel like at home.
The water pump inside is a bit too noisy especially at night.

It was difficult to reach the person with the keys as we could only communicate by email, did not have a phone plan. Only other suggestion would be to oil the hinges on the doors. Very very squeaky

We rented two apartments which were both clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the space, the nice area and the fact that we were able to walk to anywhere we wanted to go - even Croke Stadium! We would definitely stay here again.
Also, thanks for being so flexible in meeting us to get into our apartments. The check-in process was very smooth and Louise was a joy.

Big comfortable apartment. Well situated. #14. Quiet, even with the adjacent construction site.
All was good. Maybe it's time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It's one of the old style ones with springs.

Communication right from the time of booking was exceptional. They responded to messages quickly and the check in process was smooth. The information provided was very helpful and they were available if needed. We never did have to contact them the entire duration of our stay because everything was smooth and laid out nicely. We have stayed other places (in Ireland) where you are expecting one thing based on the pictures but show up to a dump. Not this place! It was exactly what they represented in the listing. We travel to Ireland often and look forward to staying there again.
There were no washcloths provided. We did go and buy some for us to use. Also the oven was in Russian and we didn't know how to change it to English. Good thing for Google Translate! We used that on our phone to see what the oven display was saying. Neither of these lessened our experience. This place really was great!

We were met at the door and handed the keys & shown how everything works. We never wanted for anything ~ the rooms were great, the location was perfect. Of course, I always bring my own chefs knives, but they also had plenty. We loved how quiet it was and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water to take a bath and wash dishes. The location is a 5 minute walk from the train/bus & we purchased LEAP cards for 25 Euro per week which included all public transportation in Dublin and to neighboring towns. There are restaurants to walk to and a TESCO grocery not far away. We enjoyed cooking breakfast at the apartment as well. They cleaned every Tuesday and provided clean sheets & towels. We have no complaints what so ever! We emailed Louise & Donal if we needed anything and replied immediately. Although, we didn't contact them often because we were perfectly comfortable in the apartment. We stayed for 30 days and it was just wonderful!
The TV remote did not work properly, but we managed to be patient with it.

Very nice neighborhood and the apartment is very clean, spacious and lovely. Easy access to train, the DART station is about 5min walk. Need to walk slightly a little further for convenient stores.
The beds felt a bit stiff for me, but my teenagers were ok with them. Would be nice if there were paper towels for the kitchen as well as dishwashing liquid for manual washing.

Louise was on the ball from the first time we spoke, nothing was too much trouble - called her from the airport taxi and she was there waiting for us, gave us the tour of the property down to the finer details, nothing left out.....

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Really good value for money and as a group of girls we felt very safe which was really nice. The accommodation was bigger than expected so that was really nice. Would really recommend the accommodation.
