Proximity to Red Cow Luas stop
The room was musty and I believe in need of a deep carpet clean. There was a smell of beer lingering in the room. I slept with the window open all night for some air. The shower pumped out boiling water and temperature didn't lower no matter which way the handle was turned. So had to use a glass and mix water with the taps to get a morning shower before work. Definitely wasn't worth the price.

The sheets looked clean.
The room (247) was freezing when we arrived. No water in the room to make tea. The sink plug stuck and wouldn't release. Room 242 had a trip switch down which wouldn't rise. That room remained freezing so we presume the trip switch controlled the heating. Worn looking carpets on the halls, little sense of affluence about the decor. The breakfast was diabolical. The bacon was dried out and tasteless. The sausage, not much better. The orange juice tap wouldn't work. There was no bread for toast - my husband was told that we'd have to wait for bread because it was still defrosting. The girl who asked us if we wanted tea or coffee forget to bring it to us. Just very disappointed. I mistakenly took the lift to -2 because I was trying to find my car. I got out of the lift and headed into the Car Park and was outraged to find a car park full of rubbish from the hotel dumped in the car park. It was truly shocking and eerie because there was no one around and there were pools of water on the ground. I was outraged.

Front desk was fast and friendly.
The shower heads are not adjustable, so you are forced to stand right up against the shelf above the faucets. Water from your hair falls onto the shelf instead of into the tub. The whole tub space in front of you is vacant and useless because of this.
Entrance from the parking garage needs directions on how to get to the lobby. We got lost.

Awake all night listening to Alarms going off in the hotel, cars continually driving over manholes that make real nice bangs throughout the night. And what is with the crazy window layout...I actually laughed.

The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was tasty.
The room was extremely warm, between 25°C and 30°C when I entered, the radiator was on and the window was closed. I switched it off immediately and opened the window while I had food in the restaurant. When I returned to my room it was still too warm to sleep and the bed was quite uncomfortable and impossible to get a pleasant sleeping position. The noise from a party downstairs prevented me from sleeping while the window was open until things settled down around 02:30 am . My son in the room next-door experienced similar conditions with no sleep until after 02:30 . We had to attend a sporting event in the morning and had to get up at 06:00 and we were exhausted as a result of the poor sleep.

After a long trip the staff denied check in around 2:30pm. There were more guesss that were waiting for a longer time The hotel had with several room available ( confirmed by cleanning staff). Then waiting around an hour for check in. Lack of Simple custumer service.
Hotel hidden behind gas station. Some Uber driver missed the hotel. It is around 55 Euros to city center.

Had very bad experience during our checked in with front desk and manager.
I booked and paid for 2 rooms via booking.com for my family and the front desk cannot find my second room. They just told me I only booked for one room even though I showed them my confirmation and payment email 3 times. They were not helpful but continued to say I only booked one room and turned me away.

This hotel offers a very comfortable experience with an attentive staff. The accommodations are clean and well-appointed. Guests can enjoy a pleasant self-service breakfast, and the on-site restaurant provides an appealing menu for both lunch and dinner.
It's pretty far from the city center. No subway at all. You'll need to take a tram or a taxi/Uber to get city center.
