No carpets!! Really disappointed with the flooring it made the rooms feel cold, uncomfortable and cheap. The bathroom was freezing cold with no way of heating and the windows were poorly sealed letting in cold air. The room heating thermostat was lit up constantly and disrupted our sleep.

Can't believe how affordable the rooms we had were! Came for a girls trip overnight, breakfast included (which was amazing) staff so accommodating and professional! Bit of a maze to get to our room but the staff gave us a map and walked us through everything! Able to leave our bags as we arrived around 9am in a secure room. Very walkable location. Great bars on either side (recommend ending your night in Fibber Magees around the corner, live music and such a lovely vibe, and around a 2 minute walk from the front door).

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathrooms had glass walls because when you wenton the night to the bathroom and turned on the light, it was also bright in the bedroom and wake up my or my partner if one of us went to the toilet over the night. Some blinds should be installed

Sheets were rough and threadbare. There was a large sticky spot on the middle of the floor in front of the beds from day one, and it was never mopped throughout our stay. One of our towels was beyond its life; it was ripped. For the amount that I paid per night, I expected to at least have decent sheets.

We enjoyed the proximity to major sites in Dublin; everything was walking distance. The staff is also so friendly; when we were in line to check in, they provided water and snacks for the kids. The breakfast was also very good!
The parking was expensive, but I suppose that is city life for you.

The staff make this location wonderful. We had a shower issue while there and reported it. Went to breakfast and came back (within an hour) and someone was already working on it! And it was fixed. They are friendly and always wanting to help. The bedding was too heavy though. You roasted under the blanket, no top sheet to be found. Good location as well. Easy access to everything.
Having a top sheet on the bed would have been great. I didn’t think of it till now, but maybe I could have asked for a thinner blanket??? Regardless you won’t be disappointed really. Also parking should be free for guests.

Perfect location to move around Dublin
I requested a nice room with a nice view we ended up with a room on the back with a view of pipes etc. I wanted this to be a nice stay as it was for my husband’s 50th birthday. I requested for the hotel to do something nice for him to mark the occasion and this was not done either.
