The location is great--near Guinness, two distilleries, and Christ Church Cathedral. A stop for the airport bus is just up the block. It was clean.

No washcloths provided, nor outlets near a mirror where one would use the hair dryer. At checkout, we heard other people complain about the noise and stuffiness.

We had paid extra for early arrival but the room was not ready when we got there. However, they immediately reimbursed the cost for not being ready and stored our luggage for free until we got back. Stored luggage is usually for a fee. Every door in the residence is set to automatically close and they do so with a large bang. So it can be noisy as other neighbors move through their units.

Perfect location, right in the middle between the Guinness Storehouse and Temple Bar areas, with Dublin Castle, Jameson Factory, etc. also very close by. We were pleased to find laundry facilities in our unit. Plenty of room and everything you would need for a short or long stay. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, which was nice.

We were in a ground floor suite, with a busy road beside us. It was quite loud early in the mornings. A bit of a damp smell and we think because of being ground floor, we had a loud water pump in our unit. Not a big deal, just couldn't run laundry or dishwasher at night, way too loud.

The size of the apartments for Europe was good and the small kitchen was neat and tidy and clean.

The bathroom sink would not drain for a very long time and the heat on the dryer did not work. It seemed that they knew about this problem, but could not do anything about it, although the location was good for walking most places, it was a little scruffy.

Not enough hangers or hooks to hang clothes and towels. Asked staff if they can provide loose hangers. They said they'd look into it but never got back to us. Plumbing was noisy - turning on faucet triggers noise.

Good safe location that wasn't too far from some of the good sites in Dublin, like the Brazen Head pub. Price is better than a hotel. Clean and staff was good. Reception always open.

Only one bathroom for 5 people wasn't ideal. It's a tiny space if you have someone sleeping on the sofa bed. I'd recommend having a max of 4 people. It was about 30 minutes walk to some of the sites we visited in Dublin, like the National Gallery. No fan in bathroom made it very steamy. No outlets in bathroom and no mirrors in other rooms.

a ramp is Needed where any stairs are for seniors esp with luggage. 2 rolls of toilet paper isn't enough. Place clean rolled towels on a thin shelves above toilet proved not so good. We found on entering 1 in toilet & Dish washer was still running w/nothing in it. For the $ not much & you ask how was free wifi REALLY! And let's not forget No Hot Water the morning we were leaving. The location was close to all the famous sites in Dublin - very walkable! Cabs were readily available as well. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff at the front desk were especially top-notch! All were very helpful, had great listening skills and offered helpful suggestions and directions to many locations nearby. This group, during our stay, may have been one of the best front-line group of employees I have encountered in many, many years! This speaks volumes to the management who hired these individuals! Great job to all!

The mattresses in all the rooms were uncomfortably hard. Time to invest in new ones! We also would have appreciated having paper towels at our disposal for our 3 night stay.

The apartment was quite new and clean. We used the refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink and electric water kettle. The sleeper sofa was as good as the beds, and extra bedding was available. Pillows were nice and soft and NOT lumpy!

Beds were very firm. The bathroom was large with shower and bathtub, but there was only 1 towel rack and no hooks. With 3 people showering over 2 days, there wasn't a spot to hang the towels to dry. I hope the owner adds towel racks and hook in the bathroom. The radiator in the living room was broken. So we used the radiator in the dinette instead. The location was good for walking to the Temple Bar District, but I would have preferred to be closer to St. Stephen's Green.

There was paid parking onsite in a garage the was attached to the hotel. There was plenty of space; 2 rooms and a living room with a small kitchen. The washing machine / dryer combo was so cute and useful. The front desk staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. Had a quaint bar in walking distance.

Decor was very rigid. W/D combo had a mildew smell inside leaving the clothes smelling of mildew. The doors need a doorstop in order to keep them open, if wanted, to create a more home feeling. Was a lot pricey for the stay. We did not need two rooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Bus stop not too close. Not any amenities.

We arrived early and the reception had no problem taking our luggage before we could check in. Once we checked in we got 3 key cards, and got instructions where to find our apartment (the Staycity complex is bigger than we anticipated). The apartment was clean, spacious and nice. In the kitchen we found tea and instant coffee, along with a kettle, toaster and a microwave. The TV was smart so we could connect it to a phone (Spotify etc.) which was a plus. The location was pretty good, we walked to the city center every day which is like 15 minutes away. The reception staff was nice and friendly, we asked for more toilet paper and they gave us plenty.

It had everything we needed for a few days stay, except for: COAT HANGERS and TOWEL HOOKS. We improvised with chairs for towels, but the bathroom really can use a few hooks. Also, one night 4 of us had to wash our hair and we didn't know the boiler will run out of water so the last girl had to do it in cold water. Nothing wrong with the boiler, just something that would be nice to know in advance.

Set weird to get from reception and parking lot, hole in living room couch, hole in bathroom towels, broken lamp and way too expensive. Also no washcloths and the whole idea of the veranda was not even close to what I expected

It is newly built in a very nice location. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The staff are all helpful and nice. Kitchen is well equipped.

The room smells like a mixture of cat food and newly renovated paint. The heating system in bedroom is good but living room is always much colder during my stay.

The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. They have a parking garage underneath the facility that made it very convenient for travel. It's located between many of the attractions which made it a great spot to choose.

A few of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and you could feel them move when you stepped on them. That is all.

The vicinity of the apartment was good and check-in process was easy. Parking was included and beds were decently comfortable.

The apartment was on a dark street that had an insecure feeling. The parking underneath the hotel was difficult to navigate. Not enough pillows…only one pillow per bed. One towel per bed and no where to hang the towels to dry. The shower has a single glass panel that only shields half of the tub so water gets all over the floor when showering. There is a large step up and down out of the tub without a handle which felt unsafe.

The hotel apartment is in a great location, walking distance to just about everything. The common areas were really clean and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable, including the pull-out couch bed. The dish washer was also nice to have as we were able to keep things neat and tidy.

At check-in they wouldn't provide us with more than 2 room keys, although the accommodation was booked for 5 adults and even asked if we needed more keys. When booking, we booked a 3-bedroom apartment, which was supposed to include one room with two twin beds. However, we received 3 rooms with 3 queen beds. It wasn't a big deal since the living room couch pulled out into an additional bed, just a small inconvenience since we need to put it away after each night. Also, the dryer didn't really work and even after hours in the the dryer, our clothes were still damp.

We only had a short amount of time in the city so the walkable location was really key. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was super clean and tidy!

The rooms could use door stops. We wanted to keep the doors open for airflow and to call to each other from different parts of the apartment but they were so heavy it was hard to prop them open.

Everything we needed was there - including extra blankets. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get around the city from this location. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful!

The beds were a little hard. I found I had to sleep on the duvet cover and then use the extra covers as my blanket.

The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the water in the shower was hot with good pressure. The apartment is centrally located within 20-25min walking distance of the centre of Dublin and other attractions.

The apartment is in an interesting part of Dublin, so walking alone at night might not be a great idea.

Members of staff were very good. They let us dry our laundry on the main floor.

The disability access was horrible. Booking.com indicated that there was some disability access. Then I called stay City and was told there were no disability rooms. We stayed there anyway because that's where our friends wanted to stay.

The front desk when I checked in was very pleasant and helpful. Had a glitch with my room key, but it was fixed immediately. When you walk in, you have two bedrooms, a living area, bathroom, and laundry facility all with doors for privacy. The kitchen was very modern with quality cabinetry, nice new appliances and they even had milk in the refrigerator ready for your tea or coffee the next morning! The pillows were good quality (not flat), the mattresses were good quality, the sheets were very clean and soft and there was enough blankets on the bed that kept me warm at night. I just really liked this place and would highly recommend it. It’s like a home away from home with out clutter and cleaner, lol. Oh and, they are great at holding luggage while you enjoy Ireland unlike some hotels.
