Hotel little dated, but still comfy. Water pressure left something to be desired. A little noisy one of the nights with some late night revelers arriving back to their rooms - but other than that, was fairly quiet even though was on a main road.
Very close to everything - walkable and public transport and hop on/off bus stops are all close by.

The most outstanding aspect of our stay was the hotel's proximity to major attractions such as the Guinness Storehouse, Temple Bar, Dublinia, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Unfortunately, the apartment hotel at the High Street, Christchurch location does not have on-site parking. Instead, they offer parking at their St. Augustine location. As of March 2025, the St. Augustine location was under renovation, and the parking lot appeared abandoned and situated near a low-income area. I would recommend exercising caution when parking there.
The High Street, Christchurch apartment hotel provides complimentary tea, coffee, toilet paper, and towels in the lobby, requiring guests to visit the lobby to replenish supplies. The apartment does not have air conditioning, and the bathroom exhaust fan was non-functional during our stay.

Beds were super comfy, kitchen has all you need. Location is TOP, 120 m from Dublin express stop, 7 min from Temple bar, 15 probably to Guinness store. Surrounded by many supermarkets, cafes, bars. Easy to reach with luggage, it was a very pleasant experience. Reception lady was super nice to us! I arrived totally sick and was waiting to get my room. and she upgraded our room from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment for free, which was a life and sleep saving decision for my friends :). Because i had strong cough and was disturbing them, this way, our vacation turned out to be good for everyone :)

Very spacious appartment (we got an upgrade to two bedrooms) with comfortable beds. The acommodation is as described, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not cheap, but in all worth the money considering the central location.
If you are arriving by car, I cannot stress enough planning your stay in detail in advance. There is no parking directly at the acommodation, not even for setting down for a minute to check in (bus lane in front of the building, possibly better chance on the other side of the road in front of the church). So you need to find a suitable car park nearby. Note that not all car parks are open 24/7, especially Sundays. Parking in Dublin can be costly! We tried to discount our parking slip in the acommodation as described, but this did not work, so we ended up paying the regular price.

The switches in the kitchen for the stove and fridge should be labeled. We accidentally turned off the fridge overnight and it took us a while to figure out the stovetop has to be switched on to use.
The closet in the hall was only partially repaired some time ago but was not refinished and no shelf or hooks where installed so everything just sits on the floor.

The location was very convenient, yet quiet. The doors opening out to the balcony provided us with a lovely view, and also allowed plenty of fresh air when needed. Everything was tidy and clean and the beds were comfortable. The washing machine and mini fridge were particularly helpful for our extended stay. We were given an upgrade, which makes it hard to find fault, as the room exceeded our expectations!
These are minor details, but on arrival, we did not immediately spot the entryway door. We’d just arrived from a red eye flight, so it may have just been fatigue, but perhaps making the door signage pop a bit more might help weary travelers. Also, there was food left in the microwave, but otherwise, the room was very clean.

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that our neighbor was smoking on the balcony next to ours and it was blowing into my infant son’s bedroom. It took the staff a few hours to address it. We were on the ground floor, facing the road, right beside a pub. Very noisy and a noisy street. Originally we asked for a great view. Upon check in we were told it would be noisy and were offered a quieter apartment. We accepted but ended up right on the street.

Location was great! We traveled with our 10month old and they provided a cot and highchair free of charge! It was nice to have the small kitchen to make breakfast every morning and we used the laundry washer too! We were in a room facing the main street on the 3rd floor and it was not too noisy at night. We even left some windows open. We would definitely stay here again!
