This was perfectly location for access to the all of Temple bar. It was a short walk to two hop on hop off bus stops, Dublin castle, cathedrals, and Trinity college. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our all adult caxation.
The room was plain but who stays in the room on a vacation to Dublin?!? The bar downstairs was fun and eccentric but you can hear a bit of noise with the window raised on a Thursday or Friday night.

Newly remodeled. Comfortable mattress with nice fluffy, high quality pillows. Brand new crisp linens. Lots of windows. Great Temple Bar location. Even got a tattoo at the place across from the townhouse.
No hooks or bars for towels. Nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom. You definitely need some sort of shelf, since the sink is very small. I mentioned that the shower was not leveled properly during the install, as such water comes out from under the glass on the toilet side.
Working elevator would have made it 10 stars.

The elvator was out of order so had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The heat was on and could not be adjusted. The window could only be opened a crack, so it was very warm and not comfortable for sleeping. The shower leaked quite a bit.

Loved how close to everything this hotel was but still a little away for the craziness all night long
Small but you get what you pay for no a/c my husband and I had to sleep with no sheets sweating with the window that barely opens. The floors are super creaky which is expected for how old the building is, but my neighbors were up at 0600 pacing the room packing and I could hear everything. The bed was full of springs digging right into your back. If you kept the comforters on you couldn’t tell but once you tried to lay under you could definitely tell on both sides

The location is the greatest feature here. Is right in the middle of everything, so you have pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shop and the drop off of the bus from the airport is around the corner.
The famous The Temple Bar is one block away. I felt safe at all times.
The bed was comfortable, everything was clean.
I would definitely recommend to stay here.
The elevator was out of order, and since I was on the top floor with bags, it was a bit unconfortable. There was a bit of humidity smell in the room too.

This little gem of a hotel is centrally located in the heard of Temple Bar district of Dublin. The room was small and didn't have a place to store your luggage, but the bed was comfy and the location can't be beat. We walked all over Dublin and could stop in for a quick break without missing a beat. They partner with a local restaurant about a block away to provide a delicious breakfast, that was well worth the extra money we paid. If all you need is a place to lay your head while visiting Dublin, this is a good option.
The room was very small. There is no place to store your luggage. One other problem was the guests upstairs were very noisy when they were walking around the room.

I understand the property is newly opened and still in transition, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the team.
I did encounter several challenges during my stay: outlets in the room were not working (requiring me to unplug the phone just to charge devices), the television was difficult to operate and continued to emit light even when turned off, there was no television remote in the room when I arrived, there was no place to hang clothing, and the bed had only a heavy comforter which was uncomfortable during the summer heat. In addition, the shower and sink dripped continuously, the toilet seat was loose, and one day housekeeping accidentally left a bag of trash on top of my clean clothes.

I love this location. Easy short walk to major attractions & yes, lots of people around on sidewalks/footpaths so I felt comfortable walking in this area at night, alone, as older woman. Many bars around. Convenient shop, called SPAR, is like a 7-Eleven store in US. I went there to buy breakfast & lunch: lots of hot options, sandwiches. Will book here again next trip.
