The shower didn’t go warm. I had to get a cold shower. The toilet downstairs leaked water on my friends trousers and we were very disappointed in this. There was also party noise that we could hear when we were trying to get to sleep. The hairdryer had missing attachments which was hazardous.

Shower took a little while to heat up in the evening time. Little bit of noise from adjacent bar but nothing that interrupted my sleep. An iron and ironing board in the room would have been useful.

Only after I booked non refundable I was told of the noisy location , literally on top of a nightclub
Earplugs provided as a token gesture however this information should be up front before pressing the book button
I also did not like my driving licence being photocopied by the most miserable member of staff I’ve ever encountered.
He also wanted to take note of my long debit card number off my card with was €100 holding amount , when I asked him did he also take my 3 digit security number he said no but I was left feeling very uncomfortable and decided to block my card. Why did he want all this personal information when I secured my booking through booking.com

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close walk to the main areas we wished to visit. We didn’t care about the noise level as music stopped 0230 and we came in at 0100.
The hotel was absolutely filthy. On initial entry to the room it appeared clean and tidy, however we suddenly noted a scent of cannabis in the room. We opened the window and found masses of discarded cigarette and roll ups wedged on the edge of the frame. We complained to staff who couldn’t not seem to care less and denied any smell of cannabis. We then decided to strip the bed the following morning to aid the cleaning team, however were horrified to find huge spots of dried blood on the all the duvets.
The bathroom flooded due to poor designing. Felt like a death trap trying to safely get out the shower and not slip. Inadequate bath mat provided to clear it up.
I complained to hotel staff as we were leaving, who again, did not seem to care or even understand what we were complaining about. I have tried to contact the hotel twice since our stay as I do not believe this service was worth £320! However they keep ignoring me.

The room was really spacious especially it being for 3 people. There was an elevator too so being on the 3rd floor didn’t matter too much. Housekeeping came in on one day to clean the room so it was amazing to come back to a clean room. There was a Wetherspoons and Tesco 5 mins away which was amazing for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with a group because they accommodated to have us 3 in one room, which is something we wanted.
I had to go down to reception multiple times for them to fix my keycards because they kept not working.

it was definitely a hotel room
- checked into our room and discovered they had given us a room with 3 individual beds instead of the 2 single ones we booked, when asked said it was subject to availability but we wouldn’t be allowed to bring a third person in which is fine but would have appreciated a heads up.
- water was running when we got into the room causing the sink to almost overflow because of maintenance works (the water was BROWN), again did not receive any notice of this
- loud nightclub downstairs
- no curtain for the window
- unable to open the window even just slightly
- bag storage priced at €20 upon checkout

When I first arrived in Ireland, I was only staying in Dublin for the first night, and then coming back nearing the end of my stay for a couple more nights (at another hotel). We had come for the easter weekend, a Saturday night and were planning on going out and having fun. That being said, when getting ready to go out, we could hear the live music perfectly clear from one of the pubs downstairs- which we really enjoyed. We could also still hear the live music and people at 3am when we got home (there were earplugs in the room... which we now understand why) this was fine since it stopped shortly after but would imagine that if we hadn't been drunk, or didn't go out that night, the music being soooo loud the whole night would've sucked!
The room was not very clean. There were weird stains on the carpet, and crumbs on the floor.

Great hotel within walking distance of the National Stadium. Clean, fresh room with four single beds. Room was airy and we were able to open the window on a warm day. Previously an old cinema and the hotel maintains the movie-theme. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Tea-making facilities in the rooms. Most serious con is that the receptionist left at some point during the early evening, so we couldn’t enter the building. Just left a sign that said they’d be back in a few minutes. I needed to enter the hotel to retrieve my medication that I really needed urgently but without someone at the reception, the door to the building doesn’t open. If it weren’t for another traveller who appeared to have someone come down to open the door for us after about 10 minutes, I don’t know what I would have done. This is extremely unacceptable for an established hotel.

There were no towels in the room when I arrived so had to go find someone to get them. Room was very warm and stuffy, no fan available and window didn't open well. I had contact the hotel prior to arriving to see if the shower was a walk-in accessible shower. While it wasn't a bathtub there was still a step up into a very slippery surface shower which made it difficult to use the shower and had to wait until my partner arrived to help me in and out which is not ideal.

There are no redeeming features of this hotel
The noise from neighboring bathroom fans is, quite frankly, ridiculous. I awoke multiple times during the night because of the noise, and so disturbed was my sleep that I decided to check-out at 5.30 so that I could escape the noise. However, to my horror, as I was packing my belongings, I noticed a bed bug on the bed sheet. In hindsight, this should not have been a surprise to me based on the state of the blanket on the bed, which looked as though it is about 10 years old and had never been washed. I brought this to the attention of the night porter but he didn't appear to understand what I was saying. I have tried to follow up with the hotel but they have ignored my emails. I have had to dump some of my possessions, including clothes and my bag, for fear of bringing the bed bugs into my own residence. I will also have to dry clean my suit and overcoat, at not inconsiderable cost to me. In short, this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid this place!!!

The lobby was strange and not what is pictured on the website. The lobby felt like a low-budget Motel 6 with no charm, character or welcoming appeal. The room was also way too hot with little ventilation.

Location was good, only a 12ish minute walk from St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street! Lots of pubs/places to eat or grab a drink nearby as well

The location was very central and cleanliness was pretty good.
The Male receptionist was very rude. The room had no window which is definitely a fire safety issue. The kettle base had a ridiculously short lead and there was no socket point near any flat surface. This meant that if you plugged in the kettle base it was left dangling against the wall which meant it was totally unusable. There were no bedside lockers. No one on reception to let us in when we returned at about 11.45, some staff member just happened to be going out and almost let the door close, didn't even ask us if we were staying there.

There was no breakfast in nthe morning, but there's coffee shops close by..the hotel is central.,and you can get buses .
I didn't get a key or code for the main door so if the staff is gone from the desk which happened to me I had to wait until the door is opened for more than 15 mins.the noise from the club was very loud .I was on the 3rd floor I could still hear it .it went on till after 2 in the morning.
