Great hotel in the city centre of Dublin. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, and the bed is super comfortable. The location of this hotel is fantastic with all the highlights of Dublin within walking distance.
We did not go for the breakfast since this was 25 euros per person. There are many places near the hotel in walking distance where you can get a proper breakfast for less money.

Our stay was fine but I was disappointed with a billing error. My credit card was debited with an additional EUR80 hours after I had settled the bill and checked out. I only noticed the additional charge several days later and had to contact the hotel to understand the reason for the charge. I should have been contacted in advance so they could explain there was an outstanding fee due to to an administration error rather than just taking the fee. This is not acceptable

The HUGE bed. Lovely decor. Very clean. Attentive staff. Fantastic little gym with everything you need. Try the toilets in the basement - you won’t regret it. Special mention to Luis on the bar who was very welcoming and poured a lovely pint of Guinness!

Had breakfast one morning; it was very good and a wide variety of options. The people staffing the dining room were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a great location, close to the city center, but very quiet and safe. There is a light rail stop 3min away and the park is even closer..
Our room was very nice, big bed, large bathroom. Rainfall shower head.
We had access to the executive lounge which had snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine. A very nice setup.
I’d would stay here again, and I highly recommend!
Better directions to Harcourt Wing, where our room was.

The location was great. Comfortable walking distance to shopping & restaurants. We had the junior suite. It was comfortable and clean. Nice to have a place to relax at the end of the day without having to sit on the bed. Breakfast was outstanding. They even made a lunch for us to take with us on our 13 day tour. All the staff were very helpful & friendly.Highly recommend.

The staff were kind and professional, especially Michael at the front desk, who was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The location was excellent and felt safe, too, even as walking back from Temple Bar at night.
The parking was a headache, as my husband had trouble finding it and one wrong turn meant another 20 minutes in traffic to enter the parking garage. After parking, he met another guest from the hotel in the elevator, and they both had a challenging time exiting the mall with limited and confusing signage. More detailed instructions would be helpful for out-of-towners like us.

The Green Hotel was perfect. Beautiful lobby and room, aesthetically. They were able to accommodate an earlier check-in and late check-out for a fee which really helped with our travel schedule. We still arrived earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to hold on to pour luggage in a locked storage room which was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was also great and we appreciated how quiet it was in the evenings. There was a sudden change of plans with our accommodation for the second leg of the trip and I loved the Green so much that I was disappointed upon learning they were completely booked therefore we could not extend our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Dublin and will definitely book with them again when I return.

Lovely front desk staff and bar staff. Very professional and attentive. Cocktails were delicious. Very comfortable rooms, we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly across the hotel. Exceptionally convenient location.
Breakfast seems a bit understaffed, but it could have just been the day in question. Some items were not replenished or slow to replenish. We enjoyed breakfast but I did note the apple juice tasted like it was just starting to ferment, a slight fizziness. I could have been imagining it. I switched to orange juice and that was good.

This place does everything you want from a hotel, but to an extremely high standard. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom. The gym was also one of the best hotel gyms I have seen for a while. Excellent location and very friendly staff who genuinely seem happy to work there and help with whatever you may need.
We did pay for breakfast on our first morning but found that the value for money was not great as we are both vegans. For €25 each we would expect more options on both continental and hot breakfast. We decided not to have breakfast on our second morning for this reason

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is so central that we could easily reach many places on foot. The room was very well-equipped, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was varied, and the service was very good.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure, we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby so we could spend the morning exploring Dublin again.
The music during breakfast was a bit too loud.

Nothing was a problem for them. All staff were clean and well presented, which obviously mirrors the hotel.
Having bedroom slippers, a shower cap and possibly troweled dressing gowns would have been helpful.

The room was cold, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Couldn't get the room to warm up. The bathroom was absolutely freezing, and I had to put towels on the floor to walk on.
