The young girls at the front desk were helpful and super friendly, likewise the men who were there later at night.
Appreciated the upgrade, after our complaints.
Room exceptionally small, little room for putting away clothes. Very expensive. Front office blocked for exceptions- invoicing of the restaurant bill to the room simple but impossible due to inflexibility of your accounting system. We had no way of having the official invoice- clients can't know they need to present to front office beforehand- unusual.
Booking system very rigid- adding 1 extra night at the beginning showed the difference in treatment of 1 nighters compared to guests of several days- a shame!

The room was well appointed but very small. There was only space for one bedside table and my husband had to climb in bed from the bottom as there was no space at the side. A shelf in the bathroom is also needed as there was no room for toiletries.

The room was small but absolutely lovely, cosy and warm. made us feel very welcome. Bathroom very nice and extreme; very clean. Every detail is thought out and extremely comfortable. Staff at check-in and check-out were very nice and gentle. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and we'll definitely return when we're back in Dublin.

This hotel was excellent. The old world feel of the hotel, the room, and the service was so lovely. It was extremely clean and well maintained, and was centrally located to everything. I also felt very safe even though the hotel was so close to the Temple bar area. I would highly recommend it!
