I liked the location overlooking at the red sea, I also liked the friendliness of the front office personnel, I liked that it was next to the shoping mall and the pool is beautiful.

The hotel is too pricy for internationals and is thought for local turism, There is not a pool bar where you can order drinks or food to the pool we had to upgrade our room because the room that we initially booked did not look to the ocean and we paid more.

Hotel does not have a beach, there are steps from the pool area directly into the sea. The last steps are very flimsy and slippery because some broken and covered with seaweed. It should be renovated and last left handrail broken at the end. It is very difficult to go into the sea by the steps because the area itself very narrow and many people hanging out seating and standing on the steps keeping their feet in water and holding the handrails. It would be much better if it all the area going into the water rebuild wider. I think. Thank you.

Staff was unhelpful most of the time. They canโ€™t charge anything to your room so you have to bring a credit card everywhere. The spa is technically separate from the hotel so if you have any issues they canโ€™t really help you. Also, our car battery died and we were asking if anybody had a car that worked there to help us jump it and nobody was willing to even go out of their way to ask other employees. The customer service in Israel, in general, is below par relative to the United States.

The room was massive with a nice little terrace and its own jaccuzzi on the terrace. Three TVs. Big bathrooms and fantastic water pressure and temperatures in the shower. Breakfast was crazy, everything from cereal, to salad and even Pizza and Pasta. The reception staff and the hotel manager were great, most of the staff tried even though they did not all speak English they really tried.

When we arrived and pulled up we were not greated and no one asked to help with our luggage. We stopped outside the front doors and wallked in to reception and started checking in, all of a sudden this guy runs in and starts yelling at us telling us we can't park there. I said we were checking in, he said it didn't matter, we had to move the car. Unbelivable. The room is massive but the finish is dreadfull (see pictures). One widow was broken, so what do you do, don't fix it, just skrew it shut. If you like a quite day in the room do not get a room with Pool view as the hotel turns on music (loudly) by the pool from 9am until 6pm. Eventhough the breakfast is extensive so is the amount of people. The pool bar was not open when we were there eventhough we were told it was. The hotel charges extra for the so called "gym" (even if it was free I would not use it). The so called "spa" is not worth the price either. We received bathrobs on arrival, housekeeping took them on the second day and did not replace them. There was no vaccuming involved in cleaning the room during our stay. Also, the terrace was not cleaned, there were cigaret butts and even a used cotton bud. One of the TV remotes had no batteries in it. These small things that take no time to ensure they are good but leave a great impression.

Hotel with seaview and nice pool area just a few mins walk from the beach and the "city center" in a completely safe area. The hotel equals a good 4* category in european standards. Rich, typically israeli breakfast buffet. Bonus: We got offered an upgrade to a room with a Whirlpool the first two nights. Reception crew was always friendly and helpful.

- the security personnel in front of the hotel is a disaster (the older colleagues in particular). Most pretend to know no english, but address you in a harsh, unfriendly tone in hebrew every time to want to enter the hotel. They also "guard" the luggage room, which is publicly accessible around a corner, where the luggage is all but safe. Whenever you ask to get your luggage, they just answer "no english" while lazying in some corner, belly out, not even looking in your direction and playing on their phones. One rather feels like a prison convict then a hotel guest. In the end we just sneaked past them to get our luggage to avoid the confrontation and got our luggage. Noone realized, we could have robbed the whole place. Addendum: The last day two especially talented securities kept throwing a heavy keyring back and forth for fun in the pool area. Last time they missed and barely missed my head. - the "fitness center" is about 6โ‚ฌ extra and does not deserve its name. Tiny room, not ventilated and poor availability of training equipment. Would not recommend. - In general it seems the hotel crew is not used to international guests, literally all other guests are Israeli. Not all employees know english, and sometimes it seems they don't know how they should treat foreigners, so they sometimes just ignore you, which appears rude in the first place, but is probably just a cultural thing. In case you expect treatment on an international 5* level probably consider other options. Otherwise Aria seems a solid choice.

We ordered a room with a sea view but did not get one. The manager called me personally to ask if we're satisfied with the room, I told him that this is the only thing we were not satisfied with. He promised to take care and call back, but the call never received. On Saturday, the poolside was very crowded and people played their own music from their private loudspeakers. Such incidents should be prevented by the management because they interfere the atmosphere of the place.

The facilities at this hotel were outstanding, with a gorgeous view from our room (in fact, they gave us a suite): from our lovely terrace we could see the mountains of Petra, the Red Sea dividing us from Jordan before that and the large pool, surrounded by tall palm trees, at our feet. We opted for breakfast and dinner - both buffets were wonderful. The staff were caring, kind and diligent. One of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Best thing was the access to the sea directrly from hotel

First of all there is no service on the pool second thing in the reciption they took 500 shekel so I thought its for the extras and when we wanted to had lunch at the pool the snack bar guy told me i have to get my credit card (and it was at the room) after that a manger text me asking if everything alright I explained to her the sitution her answer was come to i will give you a food vouther i told i am not looking for a free food i am looking for good service and nobody there . The rooms are great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is excellent, clean with great music but not too noisy. There is also access to the sea for a quick swim, although there is no beach, only stairs that go directly into the water. I liked that they called daily to check up on us and see if we needed something. The staff were nice and mostly helpful. The location is also great, right next to the mall, the promenade and across from some nice restaurants. Parking was ok, they give you a voucher for a lot across the street, but we never used it, we always found a space right by the hotel.

Wifi is terrible. Could not hold a zoom meeting and had to resort to a personal hotspot. On checkout, we asked for an extra hour, but the staff declined, apparently for no reason, as our room was not cleaned well after we left.

The first person I met was the security Namned Itzik! He helped us to park the car and was extremely helpful! It was a very good beginning at the hotel!!!

The man in the bar was really not nice! Same attitude every time I bought an espresso! He was actually rude!!

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and open to help. The location is great very close to the hotels strip where all the attractions and restaurants are. The view from the room was very beautiful. The breakfast was very good too.

To be honest I'm extremely fussy but I couldn't fault this hotel the suite was lovely, the bed big and comfy. Staff were all so nice and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant and food was wow ?

Parking was a little difficult when we first arrived and had to park off-site. We kept checking with reception and they managed to find us parking ?

The location, the direct access to the sea, the food, the room. Everything was very neat and nice.

Something about the staff was off. The service was good but cold attitude. Some of the customer profileโ€ฆthey were leaving plastic glasses and garbage everywhere even though there were enough waste bins. Itโ€™s just sad to see people like this are able to ruin even such a nice hotel..

The staff were very welcoming. They answered all our questions and concerns We reserved the Hot tub suite. Master bedroom and two twin beds for the kids. Sleeper sofa as well. Very spacious suite The VIP lounge was exceptional, Mohamed the attendant was very friendly and professional as well as the entire staff there. Housekeeping was good. The pool and grounds were well maintained. Last but not least, the breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of dishes to choose from and always fully stocked.

One male receptionist at the front desk was pretty rude. The only thing with housekeeping is we didn't know to schedule for the room to be cleaned. We thought since they had a clean room light on the outside of the door that was sufficient.

Large and convenient room with good light and modern design

No beach and no opportunity to swim in the sea rather than to walk to public beach. Poor room service. Slow service at the reception desk. Personnel does not speak English.

I appreciate the room options available for families. The location is ok, the rooms were quiet.

I thought parking was included. I was wrong. I had a rental car and have never used Israeli parking apps. Also the breakfast was really disappointing and staff were overwhelmed by too many guests at once. I had a cold shower one of my 2 days there. It was 9am on a weekday. Disappointed

The hotel has a beautiful location with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is stunning, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay

Some areas could benefit from better sound insulation, and during busy hours the common areas felt a bit crowded.
