Staff is really kind, helpful and attentive, they go above and beyond to help with any questions/needs you might have.

We came here for a week-long stay in Tel Aviv. Staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Decor of the lobby and actual room was awesome. They provided water and Nespresso coffee for free in the rooms. Rooms were really clean, bathroom was super nice with strong water pressure. Free happy hour (tasty snacks, juice and wine) happened everyday and was lovely! While the hotel is not on the same street as some of the fancier hotels right along the beach, it's so close and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Beach gear like towels and toys were also provided for free! There was a 5th floor patio which was super pretty. Hotel gym was really nice too!
One day the elevator had some issue so we had to climb the stairs, but it was fixed within 12 hrs. We stayed on the 5th floor which was very hot, but the AC in the room worked fast to cool our room down. Sometimes the lobby would be super busy for guests to check in/out so it would have been better for multiple staff to be present.

The location is very close to the beach and also to the crowded market streets. We managed to reach everything by walk. The ambient of the hotel was extraordinary due the artistic design and decoration. The design nicely hided the less attractive adjacent buildings.

Artist Hotel was wonderful! They offer complementary wine from 1-9pm daily and happy hour snacks from 5-7pm. The happy hour consisted of cut up veggies, dips, fruit, savory pastries, salads and the offerings rotated daily. We did not get breakfast as there is so much to eat in Tel Aviv, but the wine and happy hour is available to all guests.
The room was quite small, which was fine for 2 people as we didn't spend much time in the room itself. The room had an espresso machine with coffee pods and a complimentary mini bar with water/soft drinks. The bed was very comfortable and large. The room was quiet and had blackout shades.
The front desk offers beach towels and bags. This is great because the beach sand is very fine and gets everywhere. Use their towels and drop off in the bin in the lobby as to not trek the fine sand into your room. They also give you water bottles to take the beach.
The hotel location is quite central and a 5 min walk to the beach as well as 15 min walk to Carmel Market and other locations in Tel Aviv. There are also lots of bus options that can easily take you to Jaffa and other parts of the city.
The hotel has 4 bikes for loan that come with a safety helmet and bike locks. The rental period is 3 hours but you can call the hotel and if no one is waiting they will extend the time.
Overall I would definitely return to Artist Hotel or any other affiliated Atlas Hotels in Tel Aviv. We had a great stay!

Itโs a new hotel and so convenient. Itโs literally one street to the beach, there are grocery stores by the hotel. I took the room for 2 nights. The room was sufficiently big for 1 person, but could have been for 2. The bathroom is beautiful and clearly new. Even the room is new. Everything was perfect! I was really happy in my room, enjoying tea, the extra free drinks, a great shower and a comfortable bed. Location was central for where I wanted to be. Staff were patient and friendlyโฆ.

The hotel itself is nice and very well located
They give me the worst room, window and view hidden by another building, they should close this room and doing something else, really because it makes bad reviews. The bed too soft, not comfortable

Such a lovely friendly little gem in the heart of Tel Aviv. Lovely rooms and loads of special little surprises that make it all so extra special. A plate of sweets in the room free mini bar. A happy hour everyday with yummy snacks and wine all inclusive. The breakfast was so nice and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and pet beds are provided free of charge. We felt so well taken of. The price was very accommodating too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone oh wait I forgot they also give you a bag for the beach with water and towels.

The staff is hit or miss. You can ask about a policy and get 2 different answers, and then after checkout they choose the one to follow . They need consistency

Great location, awesome staff, very clean and practical room, non of the "cool designs that hides bad hospitality" nonsense you get at hotels these days. The Sauna and Gym are very useful as well.

Room was small but I didn't need much more room anyhow
Door was quite heavy so it's a bit awkward to hold it and get your luggage through the door
And the 4 steps to get to the elevator is the absolute worst like whyyyy uch
These are all small things though and otherwise it was a v nice experience:)

amazing breakfast and service. Staff were warm, welcoming and awesome. Loved daily happy hour as well. Location to beach is superb. would definitely stay there again and/or at other atlas properties. Also, enjoyed the workout room.
Not in your control , but construction out side the front door less than desirable, though didn't really bother us, other than aesthetics.
greatly enjoyed and used the workout room, but could've been cleaner, have wipes to clean off machines and towels and water available for workouts.
