We loved the room we were given, it was clean, quiet and with plenty of space. Very pleasant staff and peaceful atmosphere. The vicinity to the station was a plus. It was great to have flexibility with the check-in time (we arrived at 22.00).

The lack of an elevator or personnel offering help may be a problem for people with limited mobility when bringing the luggage up to the 2nd floor.

The room was large, nicely decorated and spacious

There was noone in reception on arrival, no information about where to park (we got a parking fine outside), the room was cold when we woke up (our son's hands and face were frozen), there was no mention of city tax or extra cost for breakfast until after we ate and general service was without a smile or question to check if things were ok...not a great overall experience.
