The location is excellent, so close to many of the main sights and there are restaurants aplenty in this area. Also an easy walk to the train station for a day trip to Verona. Especially loved the decor in the public areas. The breakfast is outstanding, many choices and beautifully presented. I required a gluten free breakfast as Im coeliac. This was no problem at all, I was given 2 types of bread, biscuits muesli and other treats in addition to eating being from the main bThe hotel booked a taxi to the airport as we checked out and it came promptly. Each member of staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you. Wed highly recommend this hotel.
Drinks in the roof garden terrace were a bit on the expensive side but did come with olives, cheese, bruschetta and crisps.

The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great range, and the server even made some cute coffee art. Room was modern and spacious. Roof terrace was fantastic and location was excellent.

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The towels were plentiful and were lovely and white and changed each day if required. The roof terrace was a nice addition albeit the drinks were quiet expensive.
The staff on reception were very smart and friendly.
Although there were coffee and tea making facilities. There were only 2 small sachets of coffee on arrival ( enough for one cup each ) which were never replace during our 4 nights. We had to ask each day for coffee and were handed only two each time.
Also be warned you are charged 40 euros city tax on checking out . This is not included in the room charge.

All the staff were so welcoming and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble from the reception staff to the breakfast baristas to the rooftop bar waiters. Good breakfast and coffee made to order. Great service from staff. The rooftop bar was good - drinks were a little on the expensive side but they were excellent and the complimentary snacks were the best we got in Italy.
I think the bar fridge was way too small. The room was a decent size so I think it could accommodate a bigger bar fridge.

Breakfast was disappointing. The price is not worth the limited options. Breakfast room is very small and tables are too close to move around.

Great location, cool design, comfortable furnishings, friendly and welcoming staff, really nice breakfast buffet, and lovely rooftop bar!
We stayed three nights. The second and third mornings we had only a tiny bit of hot water off and on. Quite challenging to take a shower in these circumstances!! We told the desk staff after it happened the first time and they were very apologetic and sent someone to look into it right away. Later on they said they had addressed it, but then it happened again exactly the same way the next morning. We told them again before we checked out. Again, very apologetic! The hotel was full and my theory is they dont enough hot water capability for everyone to take hot shower in the morning. Too bad! So sad! I really wanted to be able to give them a better rating because everything else was just about perfect. Gotta have hot water!!

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the apartment which was a 5 min walk from the actual hotela little inconvenient. Nice rooftop bar with friendly staff.
Having to walk 2 blocks to the apartment was inconvenient. It would have been nicer to be in the same building.

Would have been nice to have a few more good options at the rooftop bar - there are some if you have the forsight to pre-order.

Very clean, room had a very spacious and comfortable bed, the breakfasts were superb, and the staff friendly and helpful!
The glass screen to the bathroom /toilet! A little more privacy would have been nice!

Had a heartattack the night/morning I had to leave to Bologna - I sent a medical proof to the hotel but they refused to repay me the 140 ! Disgrace I find it ! Believe me - I did not want to have a heartattack. I hope Booking.com can persuade the hotel to refund me!

We stayed at the property Sept. 2023 for 3 Nights. Very Modern hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooftop bar was excellent and the staff were great! We got to know Aldo on the rooftop who made excellent drinks and made sure we were looked after each time we went up. He truly understands customer service and made our time at the rooftop great!!! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely room. Great breakfast and loved the roof terrace. Convenient location, can walk easily to main areas of interest and walking distance to station.
A little expensive once city taxes added on but it is lovely and a good location.

A very stylish hotel in the very centre of Bologna. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. The rooftop bar is also very pleasant.
The central location means a good deal of street noise, and we also heard a lot of noise from the room above us and from the corridors.
