House was ok, it's quite a walk to town but doable not much to see on the way there though.

make sure you mention if you need all 3 beds including the folded sofa bed you see in the pictures, it was not ready when we arrived, there was no extra bed clothes in the house to prepare it and even offering to go and collect the bed clothes from her place got us nowhere "no I don't have any" (how are you preparing it then even if we had mentioned?? the 3rd person was only coming the next day.. there was all the time to accommodate us.. it was all just weird). Since I booked and paid for 3 I actually think she could have asked "do you need all 3 beds?" without assuming we would sleep together. We had to do it with some covers we found around the house and even opening it was a 10 min adventure (she just left without even opening it for us).. just weird :-)

The flat is clean and cute. Unbelievable adorable and very lovely landlady Laura, we can't even explain how much we loved her)) very cute, funny, helpful. She gave us all the information we needed about rented car, transport, apartment, even shared with us taxi phone numbers. The way she acts, explains everything and speaks ฤฐtalian is just amazing! Very pleasant lady!

It was ok, the rooms were ok, especially the bathroom. The host was nice and helpful.

First of all, I booked the entire apartment, and I expected the entire apartment to be available to me. However, the second bedroom was locked. I would understood if it wasn't ready for use, after all I booked for two persons. However, that second room is incuded in the price. But that was a minor thing here. The bigger issues were: - The AC stated here is actually a fan on the ceiling. That's not an AC in the 21st century. - The breakfast included is actually a couple of bagles from the store and a few box of juice in the fridge. Compared to what other accomodations on Booking consider as a breakfast included, this is not really a breakfast. All in all you can find a better place on a better location for that money.

For two nights this is a proper stay. It had a kitchen with a big fridge and was on the more quiet side of Bologna. We got a bunkbed room for the us (3 persons) people and was comfortable It was a clean room with shower.

The bed for the lower bunkbed was made but the upper one had no blanketcover (just some matresscover underneath to use as a โ€œcoverโ€. It was okay for two nights, but there would be no next time. The whole building sometimes would shake and we didnโ€™t know what it was. Also the pots and pans were in need of aluminum sponge cleaning because of the food stains, made over time. There were two clean pans but were not for conductive purposes โ€ฆ and the stove is for conductive use.

I liked the location and the fact that the amount I paid was cheaper.

Unfortunately, my room was never cleaned. On arriving there, there was no-one to explain the rules in any detail and since I had no wifi access, I didn't even know how to check-in. I only knew the wifi password on the second day as the other tenants didn't explain as they could hardly speak English. I did communicate with the owner via Whatsapp after receiving the wifi password but I never saw her. It's indicated that there is breakfast but this was not the case but I was fine with it as I didn't pay a lot of money. I just wish there could have been a better less chaotic checkin especially for people who travelled such a long journey. Not all of us know how things work in Italy!
