It was in perfect location and the Palace was really stunning.

Facilities were a bit broken and used. It was also very hard to open the door.

Great appartment on the great place - historical place with amazing location. Only 3 minutes or less to walk to the towers. You are right in the city center. Equipped with all you can need - kitchen, bathroom etc. Quiet place, good for rest. Communication with owner very flexible nad OK. Keys were in the caffe right at the towers.

Difficult to park your car, but you are in the city center. After the recco from owner we parked car in the hotel parking 5 minuts to walkfrom appartment fro 23 per 24hours. Not bad and easy to get. Only thing what didnt work was aircondition. Noisy, but no cooling. or very little... It was realy hot night with a little of sleep.

The location and the building inside

Only the sofa bed wasn't comfortable

Loved the location and character of the beautiful building. Also enjoyed the spaciousness. The sofa bed was very comfortable. A few minor things could make the stay perfect (as opposed to near perfect) A tea towel and clean washing up sponge in the kitchen, plugs in the sinks and bidet, the toilet flush repaired. The towel rail fell off the wall.... I didn't communicate our ETA to the host so felt responsible for some of these last minute details not being addressed. It didn't spoil our stay in lovely Bologna!

All detailed above.

Good localization

Rooms are connected. This information should be mentioned in the object description. If you want to go to bathroom you need to go trough bedroom. It's a good option for family not necessary for group of friends. There should be a new flush in bathroom.

The location was great.

The place needs a makeover. The toilet button was broken so had to put your hand in the open sistern to flush, no where to hang clothes on hangers, beds very uncomfortable, linnen is old and needs replacing, the air-conditioning boxes one in each room one does not produce cold air and the other was so loud we could not sleep with it on, no hand soap in bottle, the towels definitely need replacing, shower had empty bottles of body wash, dirty hand towel in kitchen again seen better days, although pictures show the amazing statues etc, this was all gated off and our room was to the side of this staircase. We wont stay here again. We however LOVED Balogna and would go back to the city.
