Breakfast was amazing, included a few English breakfast options e.g. eggs and bacon, whilst also keeping a few traditional Italian options like pastries and cakes. Location wasn't as out of town as I thought, about 2.2km from central station with several bus routes/options
The gym wasn't open. Possibly if I had asked they could have unlocked it with a key, but I didn't appreciate how inaccessible it was

absolutely nothing
we had a hard bed that separated from the wall If you tried to lean on the headboard to relax after a long trip, the AC didnt work, the curtains had blood stains, the window barely opened (since we tried to open it before using AC), the telephone had no signal so it didnt work and we had to walk down anytime we needed something, we had no pillows, the room service said it was open until 11:30 but really is only available until 10:30, the staff was OK but not particularly helpful upon leaving, parking sucked 5 spots for free and everyone else pays the garage @ 12 EU/day and honestly we told them it was our honeymoon- no recommendations given, nothing to feel special. the hotel lobby is lovely and the bar looked nice and perhaps we just had a bad room but if you stay here TELL them immediately of any issues. t

It was clean and renovated. Food at rhe restaurant was fine
i was put in a room that an entrance door into another room adjacent to it. the door was locked, but every single sound made within either room was easily heard between them. i couldnt sleep at all under the snoring of a stranger and felt very bad for my neighbours when I had to do a work call during the night ans definitely interrupted his / her peace .

Tasty breakfast with a lot of options. Comfortable temperature in the room. As we checked-out in the night, stuff packed breakfast for take-away.
Very close to the Conference Center.
Small bed. There was no glass shield/wall in the shower. Hence after showering all bathroom floor was wet.

Hotel is amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, they ordered for us pizza 2 AM)). Also very clean and breakfast is just amazing. We used this hotel second time, very close to our event Palazo di Congressi-3 min walking distance. We could also walk to the center-20
min walking. Highly recommended!

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They made getting taxis, storing luggage before and after check-in, and making reservations easy. The facilities were comfortable. Enjoyed the spaces to sit with colleagues. Breakfast was delicious!
The problem we had was the bathroom sink being clogged in Room 121. It was a bit far from town to go by foot..

The location was great because only 4 minutes walk to the fair
There is only one iron in the hotel, you should reserve it in advance and you have 30 minutes to use it
My rooms door was not open by the card, so I had to ask reception to send a guy to open it by their keys but they didnt give me the key, so each time I wanted to leave the room I should ask them to lock the door and again unlock it
Breakfast was not really good
