Directions for the pick up point at the airport could be a bit better clarified.
Explain the road having a medium where you get the shuttle in the pre painted positions for hotel shuttles. Pickup was at spot 3 or 5 depending who you spoke to from other shuttle services.

The location is very convenient and close to the airport. It is a quiet area and there is a supermarket next door. We did not find restaurants around the area but we ordered our food. We were able to park the car which was a great advantage. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The bed was broken and light bulbs were not working in the bathroom, but it was not a big deal for one one-night stay. We decided not to complain as we were leaving the next day.

The bathroom was large and there were enough towels for my family and I.
The room was very warm and would not cool off even with air conditioning. There was a second floor where my kids slept that was very hot. The hotel was not in a great location, we had to walk a long distance to find somewhere to eat the evening we stayed.

The breakfast was nice. Room size was good. We had a big terrace.
The lady at the reception tried to give us a room without a terrace even though we had booked one. Only after a remark did he give me the reserved room. There was very dim lighting in the bathroom. There was a table and 2 chairs on the large terrace, but they could have thought to leave an ashtray for example. Not as close to the airport as described on the hotel website. I actually booked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport and airport shuttle. However, the place we were supposed to pick it up from was not clearly advertised and we couldn't use it. We took a taxi from the airport which is a flat rate of 30 euros.

I liked the lobby and the shuttle to the airport.
My room had a giant wet puddle on the ground in front of the bathroom. The AC unit was dripping all night. It made a noise. There was also a very short covering over the window in the bathroom and I know for a fact you could see me going if you were standing outside. It needed to be longer.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff was greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby doors. The room was super spacious with modern amenities and décor! We had plenty of room to store our suitcases out of the way, a balcony for fresh air. The bathroom was oversized with room to get ready , the shower was huge and had amazing water pressure. We chose this hotel for it's convenience to the airport, it had a shuttle and breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with many options fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt. Great Stay we did not have time to enjoy the beaches or restaurants in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, within easy reach of public transportation and airport. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The location was good. The cleanliness was good. Unfortunately, it was very expensive for just having to use a shower. We never did sleep in the bed so the only cleanup was to clean the towels in the bathroom. I certainly wish there was some way I could get it refund of some sort. Though I do know we occupied the room with our luggage from 11:30 PM to 7 AM. Never did sleep. Something to think about.?

Honestly, it was the absolute worst hotel. Dirty, refrigerator leaked all over the floor, no air conditioning in March (it was so hot), pillow cases weren’t big enough to cover pillows. Water damage on the ceiling. I didn’t sleep because the overall feel was so bad that I did not want to get under the covers and I was sweating. We were on the first floor and couldn’t keep the exterior sliding door open because someone could’ve easily jumped the wall around the balcony. When I asked the staff about it (shaved head man/round glasses). He got irritated and assertive that no hotel had a/c in March.
No a/c, wasn’t clean, overall dirty feel.

The stay even though it was short was a great one. The location, shuttle service from the airport, the included breakfast, and the amazing staff contributed to make our stay an excellent one.

Number one is that it was very spacious! Huge comfy bed with solid pillows, bunch of smaller lamps for evening / night, so it is not too bright. The smart home setup was very easy to use.
There was a lot of places to go eat out. Quick walk to the beach for a great view of the sea. Very close to the FCO airport, so it was possible to get to my early flight at 6:35am by waking up at 3:30am.
Nice big TV to watch in the evening. Also, there was a balcony which made it feel like the room was even huger!
Recommend this place for others having an early flight since the taxi ride was only ~10 minutes.
Seems like the room could use some renovations, as there was color coming off from some places in the ceiling. Also, water was flowing out the shower a bit (when closing the shower doors, some water gets through, since they don't close entirely at the bottom)- recommend fixing this. The room was really hot even though it wasn't hot outside- not sure if the air conditioning worked properly there- this might be the one thing I wasn't sure about the smart home.

Both front desk members we worked with (evening April 25 and VERY early morning April 26) worked hard to help us with everything we needed. If at all possible they solved all of our needs. The Quad room is amazing for families
Fiumicino is a local beach city that is fine. But really, this hotel is designed for travelers to and from FCO airport. But it is a fantastic in town option for this.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The free parking was great because we had a rental car and it was easy to get in and out. Nice lobby, a nice little workout room, and the bathroom and shower were really nice. Overall it had a much warmer and comfortable feel then most for that price.
Breakfast pastries weren't as good as what we had been used to on the trip.

an exceptional room, excellent service at the front desk, an adequate breakfast!
There are many tv chanels and after scrolling thru hundreds of them, there was not one channel in English, so something in the english language would have made tv more watchable. There was a good selection of channels.

The staff were helpful and available 24/7 to assist when we had a flight cancellation.
they helped arrange a taxi the next day to the airport and allowed us a later check out to sleep longer.
