The staff was helpful and the property was very clean. The location is quite good.
Not good value for money at all. The rooms are quite small and not very comfortable. There was hardly any space to move and not even a desk. The decoration looks much better in the pictures than in reality. There is also a persistent smell of fried food in the whole building which is not especially pleasant. If you open the window in the bedroom the smell will overtake the room.

Very nice room and the staff who checked us in were wonderful. Very helpful in helping us find parking and understanding the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this property, very central, close to the main lively area of La spezia and a short walk to the train for Cinque Terre. Super market right under the building, and everything you require at your door step. We will be coming back here (to both La Spezia and the accommodation) in the future.

The fact that there was no parking at the hotel.

Per total it was good. We only stood there one night, we liked that the staff took care of our requests which we are very appreciative of. Thanks Francesco and Yulia!
For the price we paid for 1 night which was 132€, we expected to be cleaner, it was clean but at the corners was not that clean, the bathroom glass and mirror weren’t clean, the shower head and the rain shower were not clean. The smell inside the room was stale.
Also we had shower gel but not shampoo, an inconvenient since when arriving you always need a shower and sometimes you don’t have shampoo at hand.
The fridge did not work so good, it was ok if you didn’t want the drinks to get hot but it will not make them cold if you didn’t leave them there several hours.

I liked the host and the communication with him/her. I also liked the cozy, modern room which was clean.
I disliked the old building and the fact that there was an old smell of wet air inside the room. But I understand that this has nothing to do with the host and the cleanliness of the room, but with the old building itself.

Good location, just within 10 mins walk from the train station. Trains to Cinque Terre come frequently so it is very easy to get there. The room is nice and clean.
The check-in time of 2:30pm - 6:30pm is short and you must go to the staff office within this period for getting the key. If you would like to store your luggage after check-in, you must inform the staff by 9pm the day before which reduce the flexibility of your travel a bit.

Lovely bathroom, spacious and comfortable room; it had everything I needed. The location is perfect! It's away from crowded parts of town but not difficult to reach on foot.
The type of accommodation (office in one building, room in another) is odd to me, but staff were very helpful explaining in English to me how to get around. Window doesn't open wide, not a great view outside.

The guest house closes to the train station. Only around 10 mins walk to the station and next to a supermarket. The staff of the guest house are nice and they let us check in at 12:30 nn when we had just arrived Le Spezia. Also they are helpful. The room looked very nice and color is beautiful. Many restaurants and cafes were nearby.
But I really don't understand why when we were back to the room at around 9:30pm, there were many mosquitoes flying in the room but the windows were closed and found many mosquitoes were at the roof of the wash room. I think over 10 mosquitoes were found. Really scared and disgusting! We cannot sleep well at all. The room looked clean and tidy but really too many mosquitoes at night with windows closed.

Very well positioned. Central station very close and also close to city center.
Extremely small room. They put in the photos one more extra picture which made me believe that there are more dependencies than the room actually had (how could I know that the photo put there was the office from which they gave me the key). I sometimes doubt Booking.com comments. How can you say about a stay that everything was wonderful etc. The rooms are mediocre. The photos look very good, taken when the rooms were newly refurbished. You can see that years and tons of tourists passed through there. The pillows were smelly also.
