Very close to the train station, large and comfortable room, easy to talk to the host. Perfect place to visit Cinque Terre.

We were 10 people and 1 bathroom was not sufficient. We requested if we could leave bags the next day to pick it up in the evening but unfortunately this was not possible.

the location is about 8 minutes walk from La Spezia. the property has tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is modern and clean.

Does not have luggage storage facilities. if you are planning to use it as a base for Cinque Terre, like we were, thatโ€™s a problem. we had to scramble to make alternate arrangements to store our bags without which we would have faced a lot of difficulty. There is no reception though the host communication was prompt on Booking.com app. The property does NOT have a kitchenโ€” not that we needed it. Our apartment was on ground floor and you canโ€™t open any window which makes it a bit claustrophobic.

Power blackout in middle of night, only in the unit, the rest of the block had power. No hot water in shower in bathroom. Host seemed to think we were doing something wrong. Can't understand the rave reviews. Google translate as a means of communication unsatisfactory.

Ciro is a very good host. He came to the property in the morning to call us a taxi. We had the garden room. It is in a very quiet location and very well appointed. The building is very secure and located close to the train station.

The location of the accommodation is very good. A few minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation itself was fine, everything was clean. There was a small fridge, air conditioning and towels. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. We had forgotten our headphones at the accommodation and the owner was helpful and sent them to us by shipping service to the Czech Republic. I recommend this accommodation!

Host was really kind and friendly! Rooms were clean and looked nice. Bathrooms were also clean. Location of the appartments was also great, close to the station!

Only one bathroom for 10 people was maybe a bit to little. 2 beds in the 3 and 4 persons rooms were not really beds and were too hard to sleep on so every night someone else would sleep on them. Apart from that we had a great stay at your appartments!

The location of the property was fantastic, it was close by to the major train station and I felt very safe. Ciro was a great host who looked after us.

The shower and bathroom were of poor quality. The entire sink is made of glass and had huge cracks in the sink, as well as the shower shelf storage being non existent. Further to this the shelving in the bathroom was slanted so things kept falling off. The lighting in the room also was not the best.

It was only 6 mins walk from the train station. We booked a room for about 10 people in a huge apartment for good for 14 so very spacious but only one bathroom. All the amenities are in good working condition. Fridge/Freezer, Aircondition and Lift/Elevator which was a life saver for all our heavy luggages and we even got a chance to wash our clothes with the washing machine. Very good stay. Bonus experience: The key to the main entrance jammed in the door, we couldnโ€™t turn it for whatever reason as we tried to open it. Ciro, the landlord, was one message away and he came to rescue us in the middle of the night. Very approachable and even if he doesnโ€™t speak much English, he uses google translate to communicate to us which was so nice of him. Also, weโ€™re right next to a convenience store.

No reception so you have to message him in advance time of arrival so he can meet you there. He lives off site. Also, no left luggage option. All very minor.

It was a spacious apartment and itโ€™s close to La Spezia Centrale.

The shower was broken, we had to take showers with the shower head in our hands. The room was not very clean and there was a door, in our room, to another apartment where people happened to be very loud. Bad value for money but does the job if you are looking for a place to stay when visiting cinque terre.

Nice rooms, very roomy. Very close to train, which was nice but not in a good part of town.

Manager didn't speak good English. We got there on a day of an Italian train strike and arrived late. (We communicated this with the manager long before we arrived.) The apartments were in a scary part of town. As it was our first stay in Italy, we didn't realize they needed all 15 of our passports! The manager kept saying he needed our documents and names and ages, we sent the ages not understanding what "documents" he needed. Then we ended up not bringing our 15 year old and had 2 more babies than listed, so one extra baby overall. It was a mistake, not usually a big deal in the USA, we apologized. We were yelled at repeatedly, the night we came in and the next night. At one point I was backed up against the wall as he yelled. It was really a horrible experience.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with both heating and air conditioning. It is quiet and close to the train station. There is a convenience store downstairs. The landlord is friendly and helped carry my luggage. He is also lenient about the city tax. Check in and check out very quick.

Everything that you ask for! The location is next to the train station, which we needed to get to Cinque Terre and Portofino, our cars are safely parked behind the fences and the owners helped us even parking and leading to very close parking place. House has everything that you need, clean and very spacious. Hosts were wonderful people. Loved them, their friendliness was fabulous.

The walls are paper thin, we could hear the girls in the next room when they where in the room and residence upstairs. Earplugs are needed. Iโ€™m the description it said garden and mountain views, we had neither, our room door was next to street parking and Main Street. I did take pictures of the room and bathroom especially the damaged sink in bathroom and light in sleeping area, as I didnโ€™t want to be blamed for this damaged.

Instead of a couch, the room had a bunk bed, which is not okay for someone who doesn't want to sit up high. Plus, the owner was trying to convince us in a very loud voice that it was a plus. There is NO coffee in the coffee jars, which shows a lack of respect to the customers. It is the responsibility of the property to verify that previous customers have consumed all the coffee. I didn't understand what the cutlery was for since there were no plates. Also, the location is probably a former shop/pub downstairs that communicates with another room, so it is like sleeping with other people in the apartment.

The location was good and the apartments had a nice area, but there few equipments for use in the kitchen. Also there were several small issues with the shower cabin door and the towels were too thin (with a threat of billing 45โ‚ฌ in case of missing towel that would be much cheaperโ€ฆ)
