I stay 1st floor house, was very big house. there were 3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, big kitchen, big dining room with big table and many chiars and sofas, big yard around house. very comfortable with washing machine, clothes horse, iron, many of towels. there is bio supermarket 3-4min walk. that supermarket was super recommended. bus or tram station and pharmacy is 3min walk. if your group is more than 3people and stay over 3days in venezia/venice, want clean and quiet place this house will be the best to stay.

power was off every time I use the oven in the kitchen. I think almost Italy's accommodations have this problem.

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning worked great. The check in process was quick and we were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment and head to Venice even though we arrived early. Loved the apartment and it had a washing mashing which was very helpful.

It takes approximately 30-35 minutes from the time you leave the apartment to get to Venice. The apartment is about 5 minute walk to tram (which runs every 10 minutes), then 20 minutes to arrive at tram station. The cost savings to stay in Mestre (Venice is very expensive and many rooms do not have A/C) is totally worth it!!

Beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished flat with plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. We were staying during some very hot weather and the flat was cool and comfortable. It had air conditioning which helped further with this. We slept really well in comfortable beds, helped by really effective blinds. The location is good, just a short walk from the tram stop that takes you into Venice (20 mins journey), and a bus line which runs to Mestre station. Early check in time was a bonus along with a really good bottle of chilled prosecco.

The kitchen looked great and we wanted to make use of it, but it is let down by simple, basic things which we didn't really have the time to pursue. The gas rings did not have an ignition and there were no matches or lighter provided. The electric oven and microwave didn't switch on. After searching the many cupboards filled with good utensils and gadgets we found a kettle, which tripped the electrics every time we used it. Given the attention to detail in most areas these basics were frustrating.
