Excellent location reachable on foot from the station and strategically located at the beginning of the bridge to the center of Venice. One of the CLEANEST accommodations I have ever stayed in. The breakfast also included salty products, which is not always taken for granted in Italy

Is a lovely place, very cozy, for idea is not a properly hotel is a flat with private rooms and private bathrooms, the kitchen is open 24/7 making the things easier for have breakfast or even snacks. The host offer an amazing help in terms of tours an options.

A very spacious room, comfy bed, modern with strong shower, excellent communal kitchen next door. .Shared among four rooms Super coffee and continental breakfast. good heating and ventilation. Felt very secure as it takes three keys and a door code to get into apartment. Nice and quiet at night. Less than 8 mins walk from mestre train station.
There seems to be two different sizes of electrical points in Italy, so we needed to buy a new plug in nearby Interspar for a few euro.

Very quiet room with bathroom in a residential building located in a nice neighborhood, very close to railway/bus station on one side - and shops, restaurants and everything else on the other side. Our check-in and check-out was completely independent, and thanks to very clear instructions received from the host everything went smooth. Very clean location, recently refurbished with new and well thought amenities, like a nice 4* star hotel; breakfast was ample, with different choices both continental and Italian (sweet) with a lot of nice fruits, coffee, milk, tea, etc. -all self-serving, with fresh portions on the next morning. Very good communication with the host via Booking messages :) A great place to stay when visiting Venice!
Maybe a closet or shelf for guests' clothes would be a nice addition in the room, but for 2 nights its lack was not a big issue :)

Very close to the train station and a very good restaurant nearby. Easy access and car parking is possible in a closed area (for fee).
No toaster machine. On the second morning while we get up (9 am) the fresh bread has gone. Toast without toaster is not a good starter of your day.

The kitchenette was very usefull for preparing breakfast and one could use it throught the day for tea and coffee etc.
The breakfast option is not suitable for a stay that is longer than 2 nights. The oprion is very good if ony one could improve the available options. I would highly recommend the instalation of a gas cooker.
The bed in the room Morosini was not very confortable and was quite noisy.

At first the surroundings of the house seemed scary, but the two appartements we booked were clean and comfortable. We arrived with a minibus, the parking place was large enough. Easy to access Venice by bus, that stops near the appartement. Breakfast was well prepared each morning. We didnโt meet the Owner, but the communication was great and his advices were very helpful. Cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent.
Very good family accomodation. Bedroom and bathroom were well maintained.

Kitchen was lacking some basics equipment like toaster, microwave oven, etc, which should not be difficult for the property owner to arrange.

We arrived late at night and the taxi driver advised us itโs not a great area to be out in the night when we asked if anywhere might still be selling food, and it was quite difficult to find. Close to the train station though so was perfect for our one overnight stop over

The beds were very comfy. The room itself was nice and big. And had a bathroom as expected.
Easy entry. The host gave a virtual check in, and checking in and out was easy.
The place is advertised as a hotel. I would say itโs more like an Airbnb. As with most hotel rooms what was missing was - no tv. No fridge inside the room. No way to get hold of an iron etc. they did provide a hair dryer and cold breakfast. However, it should be pointed out the hotel is advertised as a affitcamere which is a โroom for rentโ.
