The rooms are recently refurbished to an excellent quality, the rooms are very clean and the bathroom was nice and big with a huge shower.

The hotel is on the 4th floor and there is a lift but if someone leaves the door open you cannot call it so I had to walk 4 floors with luggage. The man behind the desk couldn’t speak English so it was a little difficult to check in even with my passport!

I didn't like anything at all about this.

It was incredibly hard to find. I must have stopped at least 20 people in the streets nearby and no one seemed to have any idea where this place was. After 45 minutes of searching around in the neighbourhood we finally found it. The building is creepy to say the least. The beds were old and worn down. There was no heating at all in the room, we covered ourselves with every piece of clothing we had to keep warm. We had to shower with freezing cold water in a dirty bathroom. It is so far away, so expensive and doesn't even have basic things.

Good location, but bare in mind - not in walking distance to the city center. However, very convenient to travel by metro - just in 200 m there is Gambara metro station - red line connecting to the city center. The hotel is small, more family type, clean. New repairing is made on the main - 4th floor. Staff is very friendly, indeed. Internet is available free on the 4th floor.

Lack of English knowledge, but it's common for Italy and doesn't create any problems to the travelers.

There was construction work going on in the building and house door where i was in, the workers worked in front of my Room till 19ish and on Saturday morning they were already drilling at 8.30

Looks like it has been given a complete refurb in the room. It had been repainted recently. Room and bathroom were to a good standard. Bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Amazing location for going to the San Siro, about 1 mile away, easy walk.
