Location of hotel is fine, staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean.
Hotel does not have private parking in the hotel. They offer you parking in private garage in near location. In case we would know it in advance, we would chose another hotel (due to luggage transfer). Room was very small.

Coffee amenities not very good, kettle couldn’t sit on counter when plugged in but at an angle potential health risk, also broken lid on kettle. No tea bags. Shower was very small with mediocre water pressure. Optional breakfast quite expensive given the price of the room at 15EUR PP.

So close to the train station. Amazing and friendly staff who were very helpful, easy walk to town. It was nice and quiet and the beds was very comfortable. Air conditioning was awesome. The room was modern. We loved it and our time in Modena.
The size of this room wasn’t a concern for us, but if you are a traveller who carts a lot of luggage, you may want to check storage space.

Quiet clean room, location, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. The fine gentleman overseeing breakfast was exceptional.
Our initial reaction with the two young women at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming and when we further interacted with them for local recommendations it was the same.

Decent stay, good bed, no major complaints.
At over 150 eur per night, the value for money felt poor. It feels like a not-so-great 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star. Shower water pressure is super low. Small window with a small yard view. Very small room, barely space to open a suitcase.

location was good, near the Modena station.
room was clean.
lack of amenities, I needed slipper but it was ran out. there was no complimentary water.
no blanket was equipped with my room. It was cold.
I am concerned about security; when I ask the frontdesk to return me the room key, he did not check my personal information.

Excellent breakfast; although not included in room rate, well worth it. Convenient to several good restaurants. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning.
Refrigerator was barely cool, not enough to get drinks cold even though turned to its maximum. We didn't have a car but could see that street parking would be a real problem and garage parking really expensive.

First, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. They recommended several restaurants (which we really enjoyed, along with the Lambrusco wine) and helped us with our Italian, which we try to speak. The room was refreshed and cleaned each day. The location was within walking distance of all of the sites. The Ferrari museum was around the corner and as near as the rail station. Both about a 5 minute walk. The Piazza Roma is about a 15 minute walk, and the Piazza Grande about a 20 minute walk, with much to see in the historical city center.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Every time I choose this hotel in Modena. Nice place, some rooms have a very nice view to the church. Well organised breakfast. Close to the beautiful park, a 15 minutes to the city centre by walking. Close to the central railway station. There are parking places in the city blue zone, free of charge for the guests, even thou sometimes it is not easy to find the place.
Rooms are a bit tiny for 4 stars Hotel.

The location is excellent and the room was large (we were actually given a triple although we had booked a double room).
The room looked tired and dated. The hotel was very busy with a coach load of guests which meant that breakfast (and checking out) was completely chaotic while the staff struggled to cope with such a large group. The parking involved valet parking some distance away by the hotel staff and despite a sticker with our name and room number attached (by the hotel staff) to our key, and our informing the manager on the make of our car and that it had a UK registration plate on it, they delivered the wrong car to us! We had requested the car at a particular time so the mistake meant a delay for us that was unexpected and unwelcome. Outside the door of the hotel they store all their rubbish bins so leaving the hotel meant having to negotiate your way past all their rubbish bins and the flies/wasps that were hanging around them. It would have been better if the bins were stored out of sight or behind a wall or something as it was unpleasant to walk past this.

We stayed for 1 night, so cant say much. It was a nice room and comfortable bed. Windows were facing the street, but cant recall any noise. And the whole hotel is surrounded by trees, so it has a good protection from the sun.
Its not something I didn't like, but affect overall feeling. You can see that the facilities are a bit worn. They are clean and working, just a bit old.

Only 350 meters away from the train station and with a very short walk to the main square of Modena. This hotel has one of the best locations. The front desk girl is super nice and helpful and we had a great chat and it was her birthday ? The breakfast is also super nice with enough choices, only 15 euros per person! Don’t forget to pay the 3-euro city tax per person per night! I have to say our balcony room has the best view. I will definitely recommend it and come back again??
Everything is really good! Thank you for everything!!!

Bathroom screams asking for renovation. The shower hose was leaking seriously where it is connected to the nozzle. Drain works poorly. Emergency pullstring was missing, only the mounting at the wall was telling about its presence there long ago. Sound isolation is absent: I was in room 102 and I was disturbed by very loud conversations of the staff outside. Breakfast was poor
