Fully renovated recently, quiet and very clean, nice welcome by helpful host, efficient and silent air conditioning, wi fi works fine, small fridge in the room.
Not a real kitchen as one may hope from photos, but access to microwave oven.
Streets around are definitely not the cleanest in town, but great location to be so close to Dante (piazza, metro, buses,…) and via Toledo. Nice cafés and restaurants around.

It was a lovely experience. The room I booked was bright, clean and had enough space to comfortably unpack our luggage. The location is perfect - it's in the very center of town, yet the street itself is peaceful and quiet. As a whole the apartment is very well kept, I was amazed how neat everything was. And best of all the owners are really nice and helpful people. Eventhough their English wasn't perfect, they made sure all our needs were met and were astonishingly kind the entire time. I would definitely recommend the place and would love to go back myself.

The owner had a bad attitude during the check in because I booked for two an d I was so I’ve got pressure to inform him about it. I spent 3 night with the same towels, which is not good, and no one came to wipe just a bit the floor so after the third day floors had lot of dust around. Other think I didn’t like was him protesting because I was to my room to give him a birthday present, that’s a beb, non a prison. same problem when a friend got sick and he had to sleep in my room. that should be a little bit more soft and comprensive.

amazing location in proximity to everything. room is really clean and very spacious. it’s recently renovated I think so it’s new. there’s a nice balcony and individual fridge. there’s bidet, shower pressure is great, there’s even hair dryer. AC is also new so it cools up well esp it was so hot in Summer. Giuseppe was really nice welcoming us.
there’s no kitchen where we can get hot water for coffee or microwave food. we saw it on the photos when we booked but we haven’t seen it on the property. also, someone enters the room daily when we’re not there. it’s not much an issue but a bit weird for us.

When we arrived, the host was waiting for us there, and he used his phone to translate things from Italian - which we liked really much, it was a joy to listen to him speak Italian. He also gave me a list of recommended places to eat nearby - which was very kind.
The flat is quite small, but the space is used well, and there are plently of places to pack. The bathroom was really clean (and beautiful colors by the way)
As in most places in Naples, the streets are very noisy, so you better don't open the window at night. Luckily, the windows blocked out the noise very well.
I wish there were some glasses or maybe a knife (only to cut a lemon into half).

- There is an amazing small family bakery just in front Giuseppe 's place. The best sfogliatelle in town! I'm serious :)
- It's clean. The room is very pleasant. Same applies for the building
- The location is also great - this depends on what your goals are, but it was great for me.
When you stay somewhere for a few days, most of the time there is always something small or big that can bug you.
In this case, I can state that there is absolutely nothing which I can complain about. Giuseppe is N1

Nice, clean rooms very close to the histroic city center. The room was very quiet although the fact that it is located very close to the city center. There are window blinds to prevent the light shine in the room.
The bathroom was very clean with a toilet, bidet and a shower.
The bed is big and comfortable. There are towels provided.
The location is perfect - right next to a metro station and at a walking distance to the historic city center. There are lots of restaurants nearby that the host will recommend to you and supermarkets.

The location is amazing. It is situated within 30 minutes of the train station which is convenient for travelling to Pompei, Mount Vezuvius and down to the Amalfi coast. It is also within 10-20 minutes of walking from the Archeological Museum and many other local museums. Additionally, we found amazing restaurants/cafes for dinner/breakfast within 20 minutes walking distance.
The apartment was also very clean, towels and shower gel were provided and it was quiet during the night. An added bonus is that the property is close to the city center but still far enough so that you don't hear the noise through the night. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood at night when we would come back (23.00-00.00).
The host was incredibly helpful and friendly with the check-in and check-out processes being fast, simple and convenient.
Overall the value for money here is great. If we were to return to Naples we would definitely book again.
The only thing that was a slight issue was the firmness of the mattress. It was a bit firm. I am an average to heavy sleeper and it did not bother me at all, I slept very well. In contrast, my girlfriend who is a light sleeper mentioned that she found it a bit uncomfortable during the night.

this is a small property with 4 or 5 rooms so feels more like a short-term rental than a hotel. host Giuseppe doesn't speak english but he's tech savvy and uses google translate and whatsapp. looks like it's newly renovated or built. fun neighborhood a short walk from main tourist area but more authentic. lots of restaurants and coffee nearby and short walk to subway station.
hard to find, minimal signage on street and within the building. would have been difficult if host was not waiting for me.
