The room and bathroom was very spacious and well lit. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's across from the Teatro Politeama and a couple blocks from Teatro Massimo therfore you're within walking distance for many great restaurants and the Capo Mercato.
My only complaint was that the wifi was not great at the beginning of my stay but improved and by the end it worked fine.

BAR WASN'T OPEN AT NIGHT, WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A BAR IF ITS NOT OPENED. HOTEL LOST A LOT OF MONEY AS WE HAD TO HAVE A DRINK AT OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS BEFORE GOING BACK TO HOTEL.

Location is perfect, room and bathroom are very clean and large, parking is available but you have to pay €20 per night.
Our room wad like rooms of old hospitals. Iron was not available in the room and hotel, so we put on wrinkled dresses when we went to opera. Breakfast area is very small. Breakfast options are very limited. Entrance is located in the basement with lots of inclined stairs and very difficult to carry luggage to and from the hotel. If I go to Palermo again, I will not choose this hotel.

I always try to rate accommodations as objectively as possible, and considering that this was a hotel where a night cost €80+, I can say the hotel disappointed me. The hotel advertised that parking was available, which was the main reason I chose it. However, the parking costs €25 per day! The room furnishings were old and worn out. I was also disappointed with the breakfast — limited selection, artificial chemical drinks labeled as juice, terrible coffee, and mostly only sweet food options. Additionally, there was unnecessary waste of single-use cups, which guests used for coffee or other drinks — an absolute nonsense to me.

The hotel was located close to everything and the center of town
Unfortunately our stay started with a surprise that they asked for an extra charge of 25€ per night for the parking which is almost half the price of the room!!! So we had to find parking outside and it certainly wasn't easy in the center of town!
Hôtel décoration was so poor for a 4 star hotel, plastic bin in the bathroom, loose shower holder, Shakey toilet seat,... Things you don't expect to have at a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was poor as well, I mean who serves Tang instead of fruit juice??? Sorry, I'm not picky but that is wrong on many levels.
Our first room was EXTREMELY noisy! Noisy air conditioning, people screaming in the streets until 3-4 am .. horrible night we had, but they changed our room when I requested the morning after with no issues so that was so nice of the reception staff.
But the next day I got so disappointed with the staff as it was pouring rain outside and as I had to pay for the parking ticket, I asked the reception if they know where is the closest parkometer machine and the guy told me to walk all the way to the next street and I when I finally got there I saw that I could pay it by an application on mobile phone and I didn't need to get soaked n wet all the way getting there. These are the small things you expect from a 4 star hotel and it's staff.. to give you the basic information about their town and how things work!
In my opinion it is like a two star hotel rather than a 4 star one.

The staff were excellent. Virginia was very nice and even put a special surprise for my husband and I for our 45th anniversary celebration. We were very happy with our stay. Loreto was also very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was close to everything in the city.
Just the noise from the other rooms. It would be good to advise customers to be quiet after a certain hour, maybe after 10pm so as not to disturb others.

Did not realize that there were a set of steps leading down from the street to the front entrance. Not a problem except we are traveling for three months and had two large suitcases. The front desk clerk was happy to assist in getting them down the steps.

The location was central. With that said, what you need to know is a) the AC is extremely noisy. Luckily we didn’t need it so the front desk could turn it off; b) we had a room on the ground floor facing the street it was like being on the sidewalk. The pesky mopeds (food delivery drivers) are coming and going late into the night - as there is a very busy pick up point (McDonalds of all things) for fast food delivery. The area is a gathering point for a lot of people and it’s noisy. If you come here bring earplugs .
Different room, the hotel, in general, is pretty charmless. 4 stars - hmmm maybe on paper, but don’t expect too much. Was adequate.

The staff and location
The rooms were terrible. The décor was awful, windows opened to a wall, and the staff kept them closed making everything dark. The floor was cold granite, all in depressing gray. The room felt icy and uncomfortable, and the noisy AC made it hard to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

After staying in a couple of hotels in Europe, we have come to realise there isn't always a refrigerator available.
Something that is necessary if you have medication which requires refrigeration. Location was good. Didn't have any meals as local cafes were close.
We had urgent need for information about English speaking medical facilities. We enquired with the staff. They weren't much help.

Wifi was not working unless you stay at the reception, when mentioned to reception , they said this is problem in our floor only but nothing was fixed

Nice location,
when you reach the hotel - you have to take the steps to the main entrance, Staff is typical having robotic vibes when check in.

Location is great, near by many shopping and food area.
Check in office is not in a Main Street level. Have to log your own luggage’s through many steps go down to main office.

Amazing location!
The heat was automatic and could not control it. It was very hot in the bathroom.

The beds were fine but hard.
The bathroom was ok because the shower leaks onto the floor, we used towels to walk on it.
The food was good but eggs were watery.
