Clean, spacious room. Enough seating space for 2 persons (got sofa and 2 chairs) to rest after a full day out. Friendly staff.

Tissue papers not provided in the room. Toiletries (2 small bottles of shower cum shampoo gel) only provided for one time, over our 4 nights stay. No replenishment on the toiletries when it is used up. One light over the bed not working.

It was clean and in an okay position. Breakfast was fine and service with a smile and on time.

I had originally booked two larger suites. This was changed, but I was not informed - they put my family and I in a small and large suite. They then proceeded to charge me for two large rooms instead of a small and a large. When I questioned it they finally offered a small amount off and not the advertised rate for the smaller room. They are insisting I need to pay a higher rate than the advertised rate. Issue is still not resolved. Poor form. Won’t stay again.

The staff were friendly and courteous...when they were there.

Need better curtains in the rooms. If I see the people in the next building through them, then they can see me. Also, prefer to be able to sleep in while I'm on Vacation and the curtains let way too much sunlight in. There was a metal blind on the out side of the building for this, but it was broken. Didn't appreciate the fact that they sell themselves as a hotel, when they really aren't...just a couple of rooms built into a couple of apartments, and no round the clock staff. The steps in the room going to the bathroom and on the outside of the rooms are a tripping hazard even with red tape on them. They are only there because they needed somewhere to put the plumbing under the floors when they built 4 rooms into one apartment.

Great location ( even though it was easy to get lost in the alleys around ) , size of the room, cleaning .

WiFi was a problem inside the room , only properly working with the room’door opened.

For guests on the first floor an excellent breakfast buffet is provided. It can be a little confusing when making the hotel reservation as the web site leads one to believe that breakfast is only served in the bedroom.

Nothing.

Location is good for my purpose. The room is clean and quiet. I like the simple kitchen, hidden inside the cabinet. There is kettle and tea available in the room. It also has good quality stuff.

I don't get breakfast for having to leave early to the airport, though it was included in the hotel charge.
