Great B&B right in the centre of Siena. Really quiet, easily accessible by foot from the train station. The breakfast was quite nice, I loved the freshly made espresso in the morning.

Location and owner was sweet

The location is incredible, the room was cute but the bathroom made me gag. All around the shower and floors were mold. Yuk. Seems like it would not be hard for them to clean and fix it. Ruined my stay.

location

Room was part of a chopped up apartment. Not very welcoming. Bathroom shower very small( i an 5’1” and it was small). Bedroom Very small barely room to walk on side of bed to get out. Not a room you would go to rest.

Very good, friendly and helpful Staff. The breakfast is great, not only typical Italian but also Continental.

There is no elevator. The room is quite small hard to find a place to open the luggage.

I arrived at the door and scanned the set of doorbells and list of residents there was no mention of casa mastacchi. It took me a walk to a nearby cafe and a phone call by the owner (very friendly) to figure it out there was a second set!
