The Parking was not what I imagined! If you have luggage, you better use the valet service.. if you park by yourself, it takes you an extra 15 minutes to come back to the hotel from the park house just to pickup your luggage! And you have to walk uphill to the Park house.. so if you have physical problem walking uphill.. just saying!

Incredible building! The staff were very friendly and we were upgraded due to a mistake meaning we had a lovely spacious suite. The toiletries in the bathroom smelt lovely and the sheets were soft. The hotel added a night of luxury to our trip.
Our room did have a weird noise coming from somewhere, but it wasnβt that noticeable.

Clean and comfy rooms with everything you should expect in a Hilton Hotel. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, but no windows. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit downtown Trieste. The people at the front desk were very friendly.
The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel, and no one assisted us with our luggage. It wasnβt a problem for us, but I can imagine that older guests might need some help.

Location was great for our purposes. Our rooms were large and quiet with the exception of the fire alarm and evacuation of the building. Someone said the alarm was activated in one of the guest rooms. I suspect smoking in their room. It is a beautiful building. Next time I stay there it will be in the historic part of the hotel.
They did not include my Hilton Honors number with my booking.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very nice. The building is beautiful. The room was comfortable. Location is convenient..
The parking is a bit of a hassle. You can either self park in a lot about 5 minutes away by foot or have them park your car for an additional 12 Euro. We opted for the valet. When it was time to get the car I called and asked how long in advance do I need to ask for the car, they said 40 minutes which seemed a lot. In practice it took over an hour. I will say that the manger in charge was very apologetic and gave me back the cost of the parking and valet (32 euro).
