Amazing location and nice staff

Very hot at night and very uncomfortable bed. Very expensive for what you get.

The location was good

The room was dirty. The service was aggressive. It ruined our entire holiday. The fan wasn't working, the sink wouldn't drain, the toilet was broken, the shower was filthy, we had to pay more to have our own bathroom, they wanted more for air conditioning despite the temperature being over the legal requirement. There is so much more. I took photos to back up our case and even looked outside the window to see discarded underwear and general mess. We have additional issues which turned into a formal complaint. I cannot justify those here but my photos can justify the disgusting conditions that we had to tolerate.

Great location. Good quality accommodation

Big difference in room with toilet as opposed to without and no plug in sink

- perfect location, in the pedestrian area (no cars) at the grand canal - nice restaurants around the hotel - comfy beds - nice breakfast - kind and helpful staff - Stefano recommended a nice reastaurant - our room was changed when we did not like the one we got - discount in the parking place

Location location location. Friendly staff, super clean, comfy bed. Room was a bit small, but nicely appointed. Price was sweet but maybe I got a last minute deal

Nothing to dislike.

Everything worked including the aircon, which was needed given the heat and humidity. The croissant jam injectors worked well. The lift was just right for two people and bags.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, as the name says it is very central. Room was not big but we had enough room and it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good choice and times were good, 7.30am to 10.00. Hotel reception and breakfast room is on second floor of the building, there in no foyer of bar/lounge, this did not hamper us at all as we were out all day, if you are looking for a hotel with entertainment this is not the place for you, but if you want a good clean central hotel this is perfect.

We didn't have any complaints really, prices were not cheap but in keeping with other hotels in the city.
