The price of a stay in this modified beach cabin is way too high.. BTW.. there is no beach so if you come in summer and want to bathe.. there is a boat ramp but bring your crampons since you will be bound for a slippery experience.

The room was very spacious and clean. The restaurant was just a few steps away from the room and the breakfast with the sea view was delicious. I also had dinner in the restaurant and it was very tasty and fresh.
Unfortunately, because it was February and the strong northerly wind was blowing that morning, I did not feel like swimming in the sea.

The location was amazing.

The Tv is old and small and had a bad connection and there were no plug sockets near it for us to plug in our laptop, nor an option to switch to the HDMI
The room was filled with ants, we had come back from a night out and woke up to a horde of ants in our shoes and our suitcases. we even saw ants on our bed. For a hotel to have this type of problem is very very bad and annoying and is one of the main reasons why we have rated it a 6 in total.
The shower didnt work properly and didnt allow for us to switch to the handheld shower option which was very annoying as we didnt want to get our hair wet in the shower.
The door handle was very unpractical as it was placed very close to the keyhole which didnt allow room for our hands to turn the key in the keyhole.
The mosquito net didnt work as when we tried to pull it down it didnt stay in that position so we could not open the windows during the night.
The lightbulb near the bed although i screwed it back in properly kept flickering and kept turning off even though the switch was on, which is very dangerous as that means that there is a bad contact and it could have exploded.

The seclusion and privacy was really nice. Parking was ideal and it was nice to be out of the city to have a private swimming area. The drink service (cheap and convenient!) and breakfast was perfect. I saw many complaints about issues with breakfast, but scheduling the time and what you wanted the day prior was perfectly fine! A nice surprise was that we drove all the way to Italy from German for a concert and the hotel and swimming was so private that even the band we went to see perform stopped by for a private swim. It that gives you any idea of what the privacy is like. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really nice. Regarding the busy street and if you get a room on the road, it is safe to say the street is not busy at all late night and the walls are good enough to block all noise. We didnt have an issue and we were in a room by the road. This stay was a perfect 2 night relaxing get away in a very unique part of Italy. I would highly recommend.
The WiFi seemed to not work for us. However we really didnt try hard to figure it out or even ask. We have European cell phones so we didnt need it. We did see people using laptops by the pool and Im sure the password just wasnt update where we got it from. Honestly not an issue.

If you want to enjoy Trieste without the crowds this place is for you. We loved the private access to the beach, the city is also not far (we took the public bus, just note its very packed when everyone is returning from the public beach back to the city). Very relaxing place with good aperol! staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
Breakfast tasted amazing, although we didnt like that we had to pick and note Ona. Sheet what do we want to eat the next day (mainly because we didnt get delivered what we selected we didnt fully understand the need for preselecting). Personally we thought a buffet breakfast would be a more pleasant experience for both the guests and the staff. It was still very delicious tho!

Wonderful location at the head of the Adriatic with views of the whole Gulf of Trieste. Nice sun terrace right by the sea and direct access to bathing- no beach though.
Its a beach hotel so guests need to expect clean basic rooms, good breakfast in adjacent restaurant (which was excellent) but minimal other facilities. You need nice weather.
