It was my first time in Venice and I loved my stay here. I wanted to treat myself after finishing a stressful job, so I consciously chose a hotel that catered to 'wellness' and I was not disappointed. So relaxing, lovely and attentive staff, great breakfast and perfect location. Just around the corner from St. Mark's square, but slightly tucked away from the main tourist pathways. Highly recommend!

An enormous and luxurious room in the middle of Venice combined with very friendly and helpfull personnel. Amazing shower, Hammam, big comfy bed, 2 TV's, airco and a great breakfast served on suite or in the garden... We're definitely coming back!

The room was very large and clean. Weve had a beautiful view towards the canal, with small French balcony, great for enjoying the morning coffee. The facilities were excellent, weve liked also the Turkish bath. Great host, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located just 5 minutes by foot from the Place San Marco. It can be easily reached with water taxi (vaporetto) using the exit "San Marco". The staff tried to provide proper service, but fell short in some points. Breakfast ist served in the room.

Although we informed the hotel one day prior what we want to have for breakfast and at what time, the staff was not able to keep the timing or to provide basis breakfast food.

A small hideaway with a good standard.

You can see that the bathroom is used since a while (and needs a refreshing). The breakfast is nearly standard with no variety from day to day. The mattrasses are not fixed and move .... it isn't comfortable.

I loved the room! The king suite is amazing. The view of the canal is gorgeous. The suite is beyond spacious and very well designed. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. The large shower/Turkish bath was awesome, and the in-room sauna was the best part! Breakfast delivered to the room was very delicious. Lastly, Marco was very attentive and helpful with whatever we needed and requested. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing spa vacation in Venice! Definitely splurge on the king suite. It is worth it!

The jets of our spa tub excreted debris whenever turned on so we couldnt really enjoy that feature of the room, but Marco was very attentive in trying to fix the situation. Enjoyed simply soaking in the tub without jets. Outside of this everything was perfect!!

Breakfast was almost horrible... no fresh fruits, not enough of coffee (and they didn't ask what you like), no eggs, no vegetable... no fresh cheese, no ham... we never saw something like this before. Bread is warm on site but its very dry. In generally, the level of this hotel is not very great. Room is damaged, you don't receive water, first man we met was very not professional. Steam bath is not working good, shower is not working good, sauna can be used with water: they don't have enough stone so its not warm enough, its not possible to switch all the lights from bed, security case didn't work, you don't have shoes cup, you don't have baggage holder... We are used to 5 stars, I'm really not sure we expected too much of this 4 stars. We really liked the idea of ensuite wellness but it was very not a good idea finally. For this price you could stay in 5 stars with great breaksfast and great public spa.

.The room is nicely designed, it is very comfortable and super clean, there's a special atmosphere in the room and in the area (close to everything), the private garden is nice to smoke a cigarette. Breakfast served in the room was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to have it twice (because we were in a hurry, we couldn't wait and the breakfast was late :()

.We didn't have a "view" from the room. In fact, it was really dark (because of the tiny street below) and it was really noisy during the evening (there is a restaurant in the street just below our window). You also hear the neighbors and the breakfast preparation in the morning. The Turkish bath is actually located in the shower, we thought there was a special space for it.

Marco was fantastic, the customer service was top tier. We were only there for a night but we were taken care of with 11 out of 10 care. I cannot recommend this place enough. He even gave us complimentary cold waters upon arrival. They have proper AC that keeps you cool. The room is spacious and comfortable and WOW the showers are incredible! The place is a hidden gem. I'll book here every time.

The location of the front door is a bit hard to find and we got lost but it's a minor hiccup. DEFINITELY opt for the water taxi instead of trying to get there yourself; the streets of Venice are miserable to carry luggage through and the water taxi will take you almost directly to the door of the hotel. It's worth the money, trust me, I learned the hard way.

The room was a great size, just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but still close enough to get to the main attractions quickly. Marco and Amin were amazing and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs, meats, fruits, cappuccino, juice, and pastries. The shower was great and the steam feature was a nice bonus. There was surprisingly a lot of storage space and lots of seating as well.

Only one thing I'd note is that in the room above the terrace, the sound carries from the hallway, kitchen, and the terrace into the room, so the mornings can be a bit noisy for any light sleepers who like to sleep in late in that particular room.

Turkish Bath is a lie. King Bed is a lie, 2 low quality single beds. quality of sheets and duvet is terrible. room is smaller than 50sqm no cleaning service after 13:00 This room is a much overstated hyper boomd by pictures. We believe we have been deceived why; Well first of all there is no turkish bath in this room. Not even close. I should know beacuse i am from Turkey. There was no cleaning service after 13:00?! So our room wasnt cleaned the first day. The room is definitely not as big as stated. It doesnt have a reception. The bed isnt a king bed 2 small single beds. Our backs hurt the whole holiday even the bed quality isnt up to a 1 star hotel. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent but nothing amazing. Only had it once during our stay. You must eat in your room on your cheap table. A big no no no

Great location! Nice size room and Turkish bath was a plus. Balcony was small but the nice view overlooking one of the small canals makes it worth it. Soundproof room was a plus and worth it due to the foot traffic on the nearby bridge. Good breakfast, excellent communication from staff, great housekeeping. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure it truly meets the criteria of a 4 star hotel, but was happy nevertheless.
