Air conditioning was difficult to operate. Electricity shut off completely one morning and unable to reset the electrics. There was no TV or working fridge but we were out most of the time so werenโt needing these anyway.

The owner was very rude. She was threading us that if we don't arrive exactly on the time will not give us the room. We have arrived at 00:10 just ten minutes late of our arrival time and she was so angry with us and again threading us not to give us the room. We got so much stressed and frustrated from the first day of our vacation. The air-condtion was not working and we couldn't sleep well. The carpets on the floor had stains.
It so sad in such wonderful city the owners to be so unprofessional and be so mean with the customers.

The Location was great, near the Rialto Bridge. Clean. Value for low pricing. Shower pressure was good. Beds were Ok.Enough Space for 2 travelers to separate and put our bags out of each others way.
The stairs were steep and narrow. I had thought this location had an elevator from a booking review or somewhere. So we were very upset to find all the stairs and no alternative. My friend has a hurt shoulder so I had to carry all the bags up. On arrival no one was there, but within 15min a women came down to the door and checked us in. She helped with 1 of the big bags, which was very nice. She only spoke Italian. It is 1 long narrow flight to the first floor with 2 rooms, then we were sent a 2nd flight up to our room. I have been to Venice twice before and know elevators and space is limited, but these are really narrow steep stairs. The room was Ok, enough space, too much furniture, a little dark but clean. The bathroom was clean, small shower but manageable, it is annoying the the bathroom fan comes on with the light and is really loud. This was however one of the cheapest hotels with ensuite bathrooms I had found on short notice so for 1-2 nights we managed. I guess as the last 2 days on a 3 week trip seeing the stairs made us not fans of this place. However, that's not their fault and for the price you would be fine it you can manage the stairs.

The hotel is located very close to the Rialto Bridge, so it's not far from most tourist destinations
First of all, there was no hot water in the room, and the staff couldn't solve this problem, they just offered to move to another hotel. Secondly, there was no wifi in the room. Next, the stairs are very narrow so I'd you have a big suitcase getting to your room might be a challenge. And finally, the administrator was never at the desk so it was inconvenient to communicate and solve problems by phone

The 4 stars were given because of location which is close to Rialto bridge and the room was good overall in terms of facilities (except wifi)
The communication with the hotel owner was bad. She confirmed to us per messages that we can check in at 10 but when we arrived she didnโt even let us leave our bags inside before 12.
Itโs mentioned that the triple room has a double bed and a queen bed. However, itโs a single bed not a queen size bed.
The stairs are very very narrow and steep. We struggled with the luggage.
There is no WiFi and the network is poor inside the rooms

Location was great, price was very affordable compared to other hotels in Venice, beds were comfortable enough. There was enough space in our room for a family of four. Check in was available when I arrived and requested it.
The hotel was not well maintained and smelled pretty bad. The carpet had a lot of stains, and the walls were a soft smushy fabric which probably held all the smells from the humidity. The people at check in gave off a pretty weird vibe too. The shower sprayer had broken off the rod and just hung there, which made showering difficult.

Price was very competitive even though it was low season

Really great location close to the Rialto Bridge. Close by to restaurants and cafรฉs for a late drink or some breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. Very clean
If youโre traveling with suitcases it can get tricky to go up the narrow and high rise stairs to get to the room, so better to have backpacks. My only complaint is the check out time at 10am for the price of the rooms. You can leave your bags in the hotel but they will not be guarded since there isnโt anyone in the reception except for check in.

The location was great, it is in the center of everything. The room had air conditioning and it was hot while we were there.
There was WiFi at the hotel but it only worked in the doorway, so there was no WiFi in the room. It is an older place but it was clean. We saw the guy at the front desk when we checked in and then we never saw anyone in the hotel the rest of the 9 day stay. We were the only people staying in one of the five available rooms aside from another 3 person group that arrive on our last evening there.

I knew what to expect from the reviews - a lot of stairs, a bit uneven floor etc... But honestly, what mattered to me the most is how safe the location was and how clean the place was. Our room was great, the bathroom was super clean too, we had everything we needed, towels, soap, there was a small fridge, cups, kettle, etc... Location was great, very short walk from Rialto Bridge. The host was communicative and responsive, AC was working fine. We didn't notice any loud noises and weren't disturbed. I'd book again-good value for the money.
If you have a lot of luggage or a stroller, the stairs might be difficult to climb, just keep in mind. We had backpacks so to us it didn't really matter.

The place was relatively clean...that's the only positive thing. Also, it's worth noting that one day we left money (a lot of cash) in clear sight but the cleaning staff where honest and didn't touch it.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Very aggressive property owners. There is literally no one at the lobby throughout our whole stay (they only speak to us on the phone). They try to charge you with out-of-the-blue fees that they keep coming up with. The location of the hotel is not good and the rooms view has nothing to do with the pictures they have on Booking.com. No wifi and absolutely no facilities whatsoever. Avoid this place.

Nothing. They took a deposit after stating that I could pay on arrival via booking.com. I showed up at 12 thinking itโs a hotel tell that surely someoneโs is at the front desk. Wrong! This is more of an Airbnb, because there is no full-time staff the door was locked and the lights were off. We can back around 150-155pm and same thing no one at the door. I had previous text the lady via WhatsApp and it showed the number was incorrect. We eventually started messaging via booking.com and she said Iโm lying etc. and for me to send proof that I reached out to her by sending the image. I told her in the chat box we were speaking in did not have an option to upload image but Iโm willing to walk over to the hotel for the 3rd time in which I did and no one was there except for the plumber and the door was locked and he claimed he didnโt know the owner.
She call me and refused to meet me at the property after I told her I book another hotel and to also show her proof that I try to contact her. She deliberately told me to โshut up and be quietโ while talking to me on the phone.
She eventually proceeded to hang up and steal my money with the worst customer service Iโve ever experienced in my life.

I chose this hotel for its location and typical venetian house experience.
Absolutely terrible experience โ avoid this place at all costs.
We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, arriving around midnight, and from the very beginning the communication was a nightmare. They were completely unresponsive to emails and calls when I tried to ask about late check-in conditions. Every time I managed to reach them, they avoided giving a clear answer.
Only after my friend called them from Italy did they finally respond โ and their response was shocking: they tried to charge us an extra โฌ150โโฌ200 just for late check-in, which was about half the total price of our stay.
Because of this, we changed our reservation to 2 nights instead. They confirmed the change, but less than 24 hours later they suddenly claimed my credit card was โinvalidโ and said they couldnโt pre-authorize the deposit. They gave me 24 hours to update it or they would cancel the booking. This was simply not true โ I contacted my bank and there was never any authorization attempt. The same card worked perfectly everywhere else.
I still updated the card to avoid issues โ and they didnโt even try to charge it. Instead, the owner canceled the booking without waiting for the 24-hour deadline.
By that time, we were already traveling to Venice and ended up having to stay overnight at the airport because of their actions.
To make things even worse, after canceling our reservation, they immediately relisted the same room at nearly triple the price.
This place is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. It felt like a scam. I strongly recommend staying far away unless you want your trip ruined.

It's location is the only positive thing about the hotel. The rest I was completely disappointed.
The floor is disgusting. The air conditioner wasn't working and inside was really hot. We asked for the help of the proprietary and he just said there was nothing he could do. We had to open the window, which consequently made possible for bugs to get in during the night. I really don't recommend, eventhough I understand that the price is attractive. Search a little more because this place is really disappointing.
