Very clean and very helpful staff. Ideal for a few nights on a budget as a solo traveller and a couple of nice surprises with the garden and mezzanine library. Very close to the station which is not a very scenic part of Verona but it is safe and convenient.
I would have liked a kettle and coffee/tea in the room.

It was clean, close to everything and the room was quiet.. we did not hear the cars on the street. Very close to the train station and everything in walking distance. The people at the reception were very friendly.
The breakfast, it was not good, each morning we got less at the buffet. Things were missing. Despite they have a really good coffee maker, the coffee was not that great. The orange jus was the cheapest they could find and the break was like from the previous day. I do not recommend the breakfast.

The hotel is very charming and stylish. Very interestingly arranged. Room large and spacious, very clean, very comfortable bed, nice patio. very good location.
The coffee was not good, which seems strange in Italy. The breakfast was very poor, apart from a typical Italian sweet breakfast, there was some cold meat but no vegetables. I ordered one vegan breakfast, unfortunately this too was poorly prepared. I regretted not having breakfast in the caf next door.

Good team- exceeded our expectations - on arrival staff allowed us to check in well before 2 pm, we were able to store luggage for free for all day after we checked out...
Unusual breakfast, but tasty
Rooms were cleaned every day
Cosy environment
Great location

The breakfast is nice in an old room with lots of atmosphere.
But my room did not have that caracteristics.
I booked for 85 euro a single room with breakfast but there were stains and marks on the walls and in the open very cheap wardrobe and next to the window the painting was missing.
The hotel had renovated the bathroom and the floor( no carpet anymore) but did not paint the room new.The contrast made the room very shabby and old, not a Boutique hotel room.
The little table next to the bed was not stable.
To charge the phone I had to pull out the lamp plug..

Quick check in, lovely room and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is close to the old town and the train station which worked well for us. They were happy to store our bags the next day.
Only 1 free Cappuccino at breakfast. I get that you'd not want folk to have 5 or 6 but it just felt a bit unfriendly.

Very good location and easy to walk from into the centre. Small, friendly hotel which is quite quirky in its style and decor. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
We stayed in a superior room and although it was generally fine the bathroom was not quite up to standard. There were no hooks to hang things or space to put your toiletries. It wouldnt take much to rectify this.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Lovely breakfast served in a quiet garden setting. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Our room had a small balcony with large windows.
Our room faced the main street which was a little noisy. Perhaps ask for a room away from the street.

Very nice once I found it (as it is quite discretely signed on the outside). Has a very "boutique" feel. Helpful staff, main town and sights a short walk down the hill. Good breakfast. Car parking available to be booked.
I had no complaints about it at all.

Nice breakfast, extremely friendly staff, very clean.
The bed was fairly hard and the pillows too flat. The room could also have used heavier curtains to block out the early morning light. The wifi was spotty in the room, although it was fine in the common areas.

We loved everything about the hotel. the location was perfect, the customer service excellent. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel was also nice and quiet. We would love to come again. Our honeymoon was well taken care of.
Only the bed was hard to sleep on, otherwise a completely faultless hotel. Nothing else bad to say.
